I own a TS-PC, but perhaps it is helping.....
There is no Custom profile you "Should" use, I prefer the default.
In driver all at 100% except damper, that is at 0% and Settings Auto-Center by the game
In game 45/51/40/0/40 I may change these settings with updates, but are satisfying at the moment

What ever you prefer , being consistent with it is key to allowing yourself to adapt to the differences between cars I feel. I’ve settled on 720 as a middle ground of responsive but not too edgy.
I also run my in game steering sensitivity at 75 for same reasons.
someone will come in and say I’m doing it all wrong because everyone is different, but it works for me. I found turn in a bit slow beforehand.

    ok,thank you
    In Game Gain 60-80 / LFB 60-80/ Fx 25-30 / Damp 0-20
    this is your profile
and what value should I try at start?
Is damper use 0 or 20?

I suggest setting damper to 0 for a start, find you ideal max strength using gain , and add in Lfb to compliment and fill center.
Those values are just my general range, and I don’t need to change them often between cars.
