    From the driver himself:

"Yes! Physics really surprised me, in the simulator I had the same difficulties in driving the car as I had in real life, the only difference in the SIM is the absence of G-force. I used the Logitech G29 steering wheel."

Btw. it seems, the AMS2 car is softer in setup and ........LESS BOUNCY???? :D

Can someone do the Formula Ford (Trainer) at Oulton Park or Brands etc? My I.T. skills are nowhere near good enough and its such a fun car that is often overlooked..

The sound in AMS2 on this car is a bit to high in pitch if you compare it with the real life car.. other than that, nice to see :D

The sounds are barely comparable, because both scenes use different audio locations. The AMS2 car basically uses the external chasecam sound, while the RL onboard sounds more like the actual cockpit audio of AMS2.

The in_game circuit looks almost identical to the RL circuit.

AMS 2 is supposedly so unrealistic (according to some "experts"), but here's yet another combo that is 100% spot on. Wonder how it would be if it was realistic? /s

Yup, like mentioned, it's different. Seems a lot softer. It's also not totally clear to me yet, if the Vee in the real life part is the one with swing axle or the newer one with upgraded suspension. And then there is the graphical part. So no idea.

Question, Adelaide 88, was that just ported from ams1?

Ported over yes, but not "just". You are probably pointing at the roadmesh topic? Ported tracks are getting "smoothed" out in AMS2 because the AMS1 tire approach had less "flex". ;)

Remember, it's also a matter of what the car is set-up to.

But if the road mesh is changed and the objects around are also re-done in different graphics engine is a track still eligible for the definition of "ported from..."? :D
Because philosophically and logically speaking, viewing things that way, every track of every sim would be a ported track from some other sims that were done previously...
