Good day, since I consider motoring 2 a wonderful simulator and now also stable, why don't the developers talk to us about the development of the: "competition system" ?, why, unlike RF2 or others, we still don't know anything about it. ?, who gives me news? thank you
Things take time. It took rf2 the best part of a decade to put a competition system in place and 4 years to create a new ui. Neither of which are exactly what you'd call the gold standard. I think pace of development here has actually been really impressive. And generally when a feature is approaching the horizon, we've been kept well informed. I, like most people that hang out here I'm sure, would love to have daily updates and know every little thing that's happening or have a community manager who's always available to answer our questions in an official capacity but, that kind of approach just isn't feasible for a small team. It's a waste of work hours in a way and it doesn't bring a feature any more quickly. It would be nice to have more communication at times but really the better approach is to cultivate patience. There are many different features and improvements that need work, what I might believe should be the highest priority will probably differ from the next person. And often the progress of one feature might be tied directly to the other. If another sim has a feature available now that you're looking for, then enjoy that and enjoy AMS 2 for what it is now. Chasing the future is just an exercise in frustration. edit: spelling
yes AMS 2 is very good, but I want to use it online with an interface and with a career in points ..............., anyway you have any news about it?
I would suggest you ask in one or two years again. At the moment the developers are working hard on the basics. And until these basics still are not rounded, there's pointless to think about new game modes...
