Bug! Fixed setup on server. You can load a setup !!

Hello, my name is Carlos Norberto Wacker. I am an administrator of an AMS 1 server in an Argentine league. We all have original AMS 1 licenses. I encountered a bug in the game when I selected a fixed setup on the server. Although I configured the fixed setup option on the server, the pilots can load a previously saved configuration in offline mode. To load it, they drag the saved configuration onto the load setup button. I need help to fix this problem.

 

Do you know when they will fix it? With this error it is impossible to run online races with a fixed setup.

 

There are bugs that can wait. But this bug is really serious. You cannot run any original MOD of the game with the setup closed. Reiza should pay attention to the users that we paid for the original licenses so as not to have such problems. As an official rule in my league I ask each participant to use the original purchased game. All pilots feel ripped off by this problem. We will consider requesting a refund of our money if Reiza does not fix this Bug that makes it impossible to play with a fixed setup in our league.

 

I have been a programmer for many years and solving this Bug cannot take more than 1 hour of work. You only have to put an "If" conditional for when the game connects to the server and the "Fixed Setup" option is active. When it is active, it must hide the setup load buttons. It is as simple as that.

Hi, thank you for you answer. I am very sorry to know that they are not going to fix this. With this bug it is not possible to play online with a fixed setup. Tell me where I should write to request a refund of the game money. The same is going to happen with the 25 players in the league that I manage. Unfortunately, this is a bug that was reported over a year ago, it's not something new.

Seems like a simple thing to fix because it's a drag and drop issue, it looks like something that's been left behind in a component or something.

If this were fixed, you would gain many points with many costumers, who appreciate Reiza for the quality of its products, quality now in doubt because of this lack of interest in fixing something so important.

Com este bug do AMS 1 muitas ligas vão abandona-lo, muitos pilotos usam o AMS 1 por não terem máquina necessária para rodar o AMS 2.

Existe uma possibilidade de contratarmos um programador ajustar para o bug? Vocês tem como nós dar um orçamento de custo. Isto vai evitar o fim do AMS1.
