The season pass is only covering all the additional DLC, that would also be additional purchases in the first place. A season pass doesn't include a full game purchase, but only the whole collection of additional (already avaiable and future releases including 2022) downloadable content expansion packs. Btw.: If you already have some DLC bought, it will unfortunately not be possible to give a reduction, because steam can't handle that. If you don't have any DLC yet, you will get all the already existing and later released DLC, described in the shoppage over the time frame including the year 2022. Even with the quite high price it will be still the cheapest option in that case though. (I recommend reading the shop descriptions to make sure what you will get for it)
Thanks for the quick reply. I was an early adopter I already have the Spa, Hockenheim and Racin USA packs so possibly not worth buying then
