while at high speed the center position of g27 wheel is too light with no ffb at all. im coming from iracing and there i can configure that. i know the wheel became light with high speeds but in automobilista it´s dificult to maintain center position because its too light. i changed all the ffb configurations and not found this settings. someone have a clue about this?
this setting changes FFB at high speeds but not near center. , there is a point with no FFB at all. anyone with g27 feeling this?
Low Force Boost multiplies forces whenever steering forces are low, so generally whenever your wheel is "around the center" you´re probably not cornering and the steering forces should be low. That setting should help what you´r experiencing if you use at a high percentage, around 80%. It´s also worth checking the manual for other recommended settings both in-game and on Logitech Profiler.
tried every setting and i am sure something is wrong, there is no FFB while i am hitting the wall or passing by a kerb. when i disable in game adjustments in logitech profile i can feel FFB at the center but i still not feeling other forces like kerbs. in iRacing everything is fine by default and was never a problem what can i do to fix this?
Hmm difficult to say, with those settings it should work pretty well. Just to confirm, is FFB Strentgh is on the negative range (up to -100%), and FFB Effects at Pure 360 Hz? Have you tried running a Steam Integrity Check to make sure your realfeelplugin.ini has not been corrupted?
I tried -100%, +100% and other settings in between. Every setting seems to be identical. Tried some low force boost settings, tried 180hz 360hz and the other with effects and the real problem is FFB from kerbs and bumps, i don't feel it. I will do this integrity check tonight.
It seems you are clipping. Maybe you don't feel curbs and bumps because the wheel is already outputting the maximum force it can, even before hitting a curb or bump. Probably you have increased FFB strength too much trying to get rid of the lightness around the center. The way to minimize this is to set the strength not so high (so it won't clip), and increase the low force boost (so it won't feel too light around the center).
i tested low FFB too but the in game settings does nothing. i think there is a problem somewhere. If a set -100% -50% -10% 10% 50% or 100% the feel is the same.
ok, did integrity check, its all ok and i dont have FFB. while driving the wheel have force when i move from one side to another but i cant control the intensity, all settings is the same and i dont have any response while hitting a wall or passing by a kerb. what do you need to help me? im on windows 10 with g27 and have no problems in other simulators edit: changed settings direct in controller.ini and none of them took effect. after the changes i restarted the sim.
