T300RS not recognised on Steam/Linux

Hi, I'm using a Playstation branded T300RS on Steam/Linux and the wheel is not recognized. I go in to calibrate the wheel and the wheel is not recognised. If I have the switch moved to the PS4 position then I can at least launch the game. With the switch in the PS3 position, the game cannot launched - it just crashes. Any tips or pointers welcome.

The Manjaro forum would be the best place to ask about hardware support and drivers.

However, you could look at hid-tmff2-dkms in the AUR.

 

Thanks. I already tried the module directly from GitHub - Kimplul/hid-tmff2: Linux kernel module for Thrustmaster T300RS but it did not help: the wheel is still not recognised. I'll try posting on the manjaro forum.
