I bought the game two weeks ago and I still haven't been able to configure it, what i been doing wrong? My windows resolution is 7680 x 1440, have a Rx 5700xt and 3x AOC 32 CQ32G1 monitors
Do you use nVidia Surround (or the AMD equivalent), because I think you'll need to? If so, what resolution have you set in video options?
inicially i used a 4th monitor as a dashboard but i I have read somewhere that is conflicted with this game and now is unpluged but doesnt work either
AMS2 doesnt need to use nVidia surround or AMD Eyefinity. But if you do use surround/eyefinity, the triple screen span checkbox should be left unticked I would guess.
In the screenshots in the first post you can see that physical width is 39 and physical height is 69, I think it should be the other way round? Apart from all this, keep in mind that AMS2 uses horizontal FoV instead of vertical.
I use surround and have that box checked. The only problem i see is as @Gevatter mentioned. Other than that id uncheck the triple screen box restart AMS2 and recheck the box and restart again. Maybe remove the triple screen config and start again also. Its in the documents folder under Automobilista 2 (triplescreensettings.xml). Once you remove or even rename it start fresh and make sure to restart AMS2 after the settings change.
Thank you guys because of you finaly i sort it out! After delete the file triplescreensettings.xml the things solved! (maybe because whem i instaling the game i used a 4th monitor). @Gevatter you are right, on that picture the height and width were switched but was only a test because i was desperate nothing seem to work. What do you mean by " keep in mind that AMS2 uses horizontal FoV instead of vertical" ? what i have to change?
Glad you could solve it FOV settings in AMS2 use different values compared to eg Assetto Corsa. People sometimes don't know that and end up with weird FoV. hFoV is the correct one for AMS2: Modern FOV Calculator (dinex86.github.io)
