Have to say, I'm really enjoying recreating some WEC-type events. Silverstone is nice, but Spa. Wow. Firstly, VR on a Quest 2 works really nicely. The clarity is brilliant - I can see the rubber being flung off the tyres of the cars ahead, and when it hits my car there's a lovely clatter noise. Crepuscular rays are also working nicely. Awesome. Driving the Sigma P1, opening the DRS I can feel the back end go light and the car starts to float. Don't try Radillon with the DRS open - it won't work. Setting up accelerated time progression means I get the full range of lighting. Sun sets, long shadows, lights come on, moon rises, stars come out. Sun rises, mist forms through the trees. Amazing. Pit for fuel, come back out in the GT3 cars. Try making my way past i the twisty sections so I don't lose too much time and end up losing track position to the other LMP2, while avoiding the much faster LMP1 who, like in real life, don't care much for the slower cars... Here's looking forward to Circuit de le Sarthe.

I am still trying to understand what lmp2 is he talking about. With controllable drs? I am trying to have some wec-like races with dpi, P1-ginettas and gte. It is a bit messy because the dpi are not that faster than the ginettas. And there's a crazy bug that makes loose time with some mysterious repair times with the dpi that happen once or twice every time I try a longer race
