    Hi all,

I have a few year experience in sim setups, but now I have a situation where I clueless. Any help welcome. :)

    Track: Jerez
    Date: 2020.07.11
    Track temp: 45-47 Celsius (high)
    Car: GT3 Merc.
Fuel: For 25 laps (I know, a lot)

The problem is that after 3-4 laps I cook all the tires. I tried a lot of things, but nothing helped. Of course, If I change the date and lowering the track temp. that is help, but now I find this situation and I want to solve it with setup (Its a challenge).

I changed my driving style for a test, and I can lowring the tire temp, but my lap time slower 1-2 seconds.
If I change the car to the McLaren, a little bit better the situation, I cook the tires after 6-7 lap. :)

    Any setup suggestions?
    Thank you

At 45+°C this is nothing unusual. Jerez also is a track with lots of tire load.
Don't be afraid to use high TC settings btw., they're part of the setup for these cars.
Reducing ARB stiffness and more wing maybe...

Very high track temps are basically just solvable by a softer car, more TC and the driver and less sliding (so wing can help), nothing you can do about it otherwise with a GT3 on relatively soft compounds.

Thank you, I made the changes you suggested and a little better. The front tyres are managable now (I can cooling back them), the rears a little bit better. I can race with this.
    Thanks
