I've got a server running the DRM mod at the moment. If your around I'd love to get some real people together to take them for a run. Awesome fun!
    Www.tinshedracing.com is the server name.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the link.

Anybody who has a good RFP file for this one (without having to reverse the wheel's FFB value ingame) is very welcome to post it here (or to send it to me via MP). :)

Why its only a 1.1 version . There was a 2.0b GSC but maybe the version here is for Automobilista

Yeah I think someone changed it to that when they swapped to AMS. This is why I would love the original team to convert it themselves so we all have the same version. I don't mind if they don't update anything even.

Unfortunately, it won't happen: the team has been so pissed off to see their work poorly converted to every existing game that they even canceled the rFactor 2 port they were preparing… :(

    Hello,
Did you trie to copy the content of the "DRM RealFeel.txt" into your Realfeel ini at your GameFolder?
Delete all data with the same entries before you copy that content.
I use this without reverse my FFB and it feels good. I have an T500RS Wheel.

Thanks! I thought I had done it... Now the FFB is fine, without having to reverse anything. Thanks a lot.
Any idea what the different steering/FFB upgrades exactly do?

This is an epic mod - spun up an RWB DRM Revival server to celebrate :)

Big diff in the cars though still working on understanding what's balanced and what's not. The Lancia I find hard to drive (rear end stepping out easily under braking) and low top speed to boot. Compared to the Capri I found it had no chance.

The M1 - oh my, what a beast. Terrible understeer but that engine!

Now to not set them on fire every few laps :p

A few minor graphical tweaks to eliminate distractions and can put this one in the books.

Don't forget Sam's even more awesome 37GP either!!!!!!!

Could you explain how to do this? Do I have to copy the text directly into realfeel.ini? If so, where? Thank you.

Is that the German spelling? ;) Thank you, I will try it.

EDIT: I no longer have to reverse my FFB. Thanks for the help. This mod is going to be lots of fun.

The PDF file is worth reading. It explains the different driving characteristics of the cars. Some cars are slower but have lower fuel consumption, less tire wear and shorter pitstop times so they are competitive in endurance races.

This is a fantastic mod. I love the Capri(handling), M1 Turbo(sound) and Lancia (because fan since childhood), the rest is also interesting. The different headlight layouts on the different 935s for example shows the detail of this mod.

I have my FFB on my G920 always at -5, -10, -25, -45 % etc with the official cars(also meaning the Aussie V8 mod/skins, the Boxer 991 Cupcars etc) the Caterham,Ultima , F series cars. Works fine.
Going + % on the FFB is awful and not realistic at all.

But when choosing DRM or 911RSR 1974 mod I have to change my FFB to +%, like +10, +15 etc.
Because -% doesn't feel good either.

Is there an explanation for this?

    Cheers
    Robin

If I had to guess I'd say that linked versions in the OP are RFactor/GSCE conversions with enough edits to make them run properly in AMS e.g series file, where as the newer version @ RD is making more of an effort to include all the new AMS features.

Errr... yes, not normal how fast the engines blow (H shifter/clutch/heel-toe).
Even being very careful, I blew the BMW320 engine after 1,5 lap today... no less than three times in a row...
I had the same problem last week in the Capri.
It is a bit too strict and sadly takes most of the fun out of driving these cars.
