All Tracks with all cars?

I am wondering why something like this is not possible anymore unless I'm missing something (goes the other way around too; Karts on all tracks)

really? Mind posting a screenshot of the track selection showing Ortona with a car other than karts?

What about Karts? Why cant we drive karts on other tracks?

 

Just select "All Cars & Tracks" (F-Truck doesn't fit )

 

ahh, now it shows up. Cheers! Never noticed (likely cause its blocked by my wheel). But why is there even a button for that?

I tried only once Karts on the Nurburgring and everything was fine -but thats a Patrick Giranthon track, maybe that's why.

Never tried multi-class on AMS actually, that looks sweet!; is there any way to mix opponents? I mean, setting x opponents on car A, y opponents on car B?

 

Yes with the latest update, in the opponents tab you can choose the number of opponents by class
