Since the latest update, the game is infested with stutters. Split second stutters that can kill yours and other races. This is in VR, don't use flat screen. Others in my group have reported the same. Tried updating GFX drivers, turning off shared memory for add-ons, still happens. Verified game files too. Runs perfectly at 90 fps otherwise. What we have noticed is when the stutters happen, if you are using FPS VR, there is a clear gap in the CPU and GPU usage, as if nothing is being sent from the game. Same thing happens with fpsvr when you jump from car to pit or pit to car, wchi isnt an isssue, but shows the problem.
Maybe it is a problem with Windows. Check this: For users that are battling low fps despite very good graphic cards, or with micro-stutters! I ended up upgrading to windows 11, and it has cured all my problems. Very odd as last time I tried 11, it was a complete drop in performance
I've been having stutters too since the last update, you on a Quest 2? With me it's especially bad during day/night transitions.
Everything still going good since you went to Windows 11? I've been thinking about trying it but heard too many others having problems with it.
Yes, so far, so good. I did roll back to Windows 10 (Only takes 10 minutes or so) to compare the difference, but have now gone back to 11. All running fine
