Simhub/Dash/Fuel calculator

I'm looking for a fuel calc for timed races If there is one. I've tried loads but none have that fuel calc. I know the game tells you how many laps of fuel but not sure it does for timed races. Thanks If you can help.

 

It seems SimHub has this as an option if you want to make a dash that suits.

 

I didn't realise you were 2stains!! Do any of your dashes have what I require? I wouldn't know where to start creating one myself but I haven't checked all of yours.

It's working but in the fuel level box, seems to be 2 things going off.

 

Easy fix, i didnt remove the old liters thing.

Tell me if the headlights change works and if its better to have the dash change color or the little light to the side.

Yes the lights work fine. The timer in the fuel level, is that telling me how long I have left with current fuel?
Yes it changes when I put more fuel in I think we have a winner!

If it works as intended then it wouldn't be hard to change any dash with a digital fuel gauge to a timed gauge.
I wish I had time to test this for you but pretty busy today.

 

If you have an android device, I can also recommend Sim Dashboard. It's easy to use, highly configurable and great for high-quality dashboards as well! Its use isn't limited to AMS2 and other racing sims, either; by now, ETS2/ATS, farming simulator and various flight simulations (DCS, MSFS) are also supported. And as cherry on top, you can use your android device as button box if you want.

When it comes to fuel, this is the data available in the app for AMS2:

• Fuel left (liters)
• Fuel left (percent)
• Fuel Pressure
• Analog Fuel Gauge (general)
• Analog Fuel Gauge (style: BMW M4)
• Analog Fuel Gauge (custom graphics)
• Analog Fuel Gauge (customizable)
• Fuel displayed as bar (horizontal/vertical)
• Fuel warning icon (based on fuel laps left)
• Fuel warning icon (based either on liters or percent, not sure at the moment)
• Average Fuel/Lap (configurable how many laps are used to calculate this, ranging from the previous lap to all completed laps)
• Fuel/Last Lap
• Average Fuel/this lap
• Calculated Fuel Laps left
• Estimated Fuel Surplus after end of race (in Laps)
  
• Estimated Fuel Surplus after end of race (in Liters)
• Average Fuel/Minute
• Estimated Minutes until empty

EDIT: That being said, I'll have to check how well the app deals with timed races. Never paid close attention to that before to be honest. I guess it depends if the sim data coming from AMS2 includes not just the remaining race time, but also how many laps are to be completed afterwards? So I guess the widget could then calculate accordingly using average fuel consumption per lap.

Try this, page 1 is timed, page 2 is laps, page 3 is ltrs.

Just to add, SimHub does all that as above posted and has many many dashes available for free. In the end its just user preference, like Ford vs Holden or PS vs Xbox, lol there is always a war that my favorite is better than yours As you can see, i made these alterations in mere minutes.

 

Thanks mate I like this one as it sits on my second monitor above my main monitor so I only have to glance up to see what I need.
