AMS2 - User Livery Overrides

The alpha channel manages the transparency so the black background shouldn't matter. Imo that solved my problem when I had it.

 

F1 2022 Helmets to come soon!
I will probably release them in 4 different packs because this is very time consuming, since the UV is very hard to work with.

There seems to be another Bug with the Modern Helmets where a brown Color is still underneath my Design as you can see on my Vettel Helmet and also Verstappen Helmet I posted earlier. So the white Helmets never can be really white.

All other Cars on the Grid have a brown Helmet. Maybe this is the problem?

 

I think there may be more do it than activation. I just installed ianez's updated livery pack from RD for F Classic Gen1 and I see no custom helmets in his files or xml but drivers are still not visible during races or replays.

 

Yeah that's a bug related to the new helmets which have possibly made all of the helmets SaxOhare and myself have made for Formula 1 cars to date useless...

It's a different subject to the quote, but still annoying... Would of been great to have had the new helmet in the first place when helmets were activated... It also would of been great to have the Formula classic without helmet skinning active for the past month with that annoying template so we didn't waste our time...

it doesn't match, imho, with the other gen3 cars...

I believe that, like the 80s helmet is a placeholder until Reiza decides to bring in the new model for the class...

 

Does anyone know where I can find Reizas stock liverys? I would like to edit some and add real sponsors!!

 

Almost there, just need to clean up a 2 cars and make a handful of helmets...

 

Love the liveries! Any chance you'll port/rework these 1990 F1 skins over to Formula Classic Gen3, so we have them together with the actual McLaren MP4/5B?

 

Yes the same group that worked on the CART 1995 mod have got that year marked as well as a lot other years...

Check all the profiles mods listed under the AMS2 Project as well as AFry's...

There's some other's aside from those but they aren't as heavily WIP as the ones that were already up on RD...

 

So what is the fix for the helmets/drivers not appearing. Is it a case that the mod skins must have them now? Quite annoying. Has anyone tested if it is in other cars too, or just the F1 Classics? I think I have seen it in Gen 1 and 4 (after I copied the Gen 3 liveries into that location with the necessary adjustments[since deleted]).

 

It only happens in F_Classic, all Gens.
