Request: Raise the AI difficulty limit to 200

Description: The current AI difficulty limit of 120 is far too slow for a lot of the AI, take the Mini's for example, I'm 2 seconds faster at most tracks, with my own custom file with many 0.99s and 1.0s in the speed skills... And I'm no alien... They be 5+ seconds up the faster than the AI...

Benefits: It will allow the AI to be competitive with far more players...

I would like to see an adjustment for limited laps in Qualifying as it was back in the old days in Formula One.

Interesting. I took this video as a reference for the display, and the leds are different than the ones on your video.

It might be a variation, so I can add it to a 3rd page (a second page is already available because I found it weird not to have the speed and and other informations)

Cheers as this is more a nicety than essential. I should add one other request that the rear view screen is made static. You wont notice this in flatscreens but in VR the camera moves with your head position which looks really odd.

Its probs the mclaren 720s which needs the most love when it comes to dashboards though, as opposed to this car.

love your work on the 911 rsr so cheers!

Benefits: the feeling to drive different car in same class, the difference to drive a mclaren or minardi in 90s

A short one, would like the time of day added to race screen, like it is in the pits. It is in ACC and I find it useful

Request: Data for cars to show manual H, sequential or paddle, gears
Description: On the data page for each car, where it shows Manual H or Sequential, at the moment the added flag for Paddle gear shifts.
Benefits: This would allow those who have the option to use a sequential gear stick or paddles to know which one the original car would use.

Mandatory pit stops, it would be nice if you decide how many pitstops you can have during a race. Also the option to make it that tyre changes are compulsory in a mandatory pit stop.

An old wish of many players: 32 garage spots on all tracks.
Reiza previously managed to give those additional spots to Spa 1970, but there are still tracks which only have 20 or 22 (Spielberg Historic, Monza Historic 1970).

Reiza says they can't do this for licensing reasons.

Why does adding a year or time period affect licensing? I don’t understand, but please prove me wrong.

Online servers to use in-game user name, not the Steam name.

    I think it's a little goofy too.

That said, the argument is that they can't say "This car complies with the 1991 Formula 1 regulations and can be used to simulate the 1991 Formula 1 season" as a selling point for their game. If you're going to use Formula 1 to make money, you need a license from Formula 1.

This also goes for the real (licensed) F1 cars in the game. They're licensed by their original manufacturers, but not by F1. So Reiza can't tell you to use them to simulate the championship season of whatever year any of those cars raced.

This also goes for the Formula USA cars, which originally completed in CART. The reason they're called Formula USA and not CART 1995/98/2000 is that Reiza doesn't have the license for CART, just for those cars.

The Stock Car Brazil classes, OTOH, are licensed by the teams, the manufacturers, and the league itself, which is why the base content in those classes has the official liveries and driver names. It's also why those classes have the year in the class name.

Than use area, like „area 91-93“ instead of „year 91“ for cars where it’s „dangerous“. The other ones without „danger“, and these are in number the most, can get a „year“ description.

still better as what we have right now, no year at all description.
AMS2 is mostly about the great option to drive cars from different area.

I would go even further and implement some sort of graphical timeline, where u can choose cars from, just to make the user more understand what it’s about that car and where it comes from in historical context.

Strange, but in a couple of races in a few last days, I retired at the end of race. Maybe my suggestion for a random tech failures for a player's car was quickly fulfilled? In F-Classic Gen1 I was riding in Jerez'88, during penultimate lap "coolant leak" appeared, did not want to give up position to Prost, easing off, and a lap later - BOOPS "blown engine"?

Did you activate random failures in your race settings?

Another thing with this cars: When you set your turbo to 100%, you can face severe troubles with the engine in long races on tracks with long highspeed straights, even with maximum cooling.
Guess the game portrays the real life situation with these cars of the mid 80s quite well.
The top teams had their own engines for qualifying which only could do a few laps. In race, they had to use lower boost, in order to keep the engine alive throughout the race distance and not running out of fuel.

Yes, I activated, but thought random failures can apply to AI only. My races are 25 minutes.
BTW in qualifying I need to set AI strength 10% more than in race. AI seems slow in qualifying. As I do not use advanced setups, I have no problems with AI speed. In qualifying AI strength is 93%, in race around 85%. It is good that championship mode allows to change this setting before each session.
But problem is that both Lotus-98T are relegated to the last row, after reload.
