    Hi,

    I just switched from a Moza R9 to a Moza R16 wheelbase...

    The R9 had previously been working perfectly with AMS2 - but now I'm not getting anything force feedback at all in game!

    The wheel is driving fine... just no FFB.The only thing I feel when driving is it seems to get a little stiffer if I were to do a quick 'warm the tyres' motion - as if it has some inertia - but that's it. Aside from that, I can run straight into a wall, and the wheel wouldn't move at all...

    Info, and things I've tried so far;
    1. The wheelbase/FFB is working perfectly with everything else (iRacing, Assetto, ACC etc)
    2. I tried deleting the profiles in AMS2 documents folder
    3. Have setup & calibrated the wheel again
    4. Tried standard, standard+ and a custom profile I downloaded (used to use this with the R9)
    5. NOT running irffb at all
    I'm now at a loss for what to try next... any ideas, anyone?
    TIA.

    Did you work this out? My suggestion would be to do a clean install of the moza software. Perhaps something is lurking in the registry from the R9 that is conflicting with the R16. Or perhaps just a deletion of the AMS2 documents folder would fix it. Back up your setups first.

    Yes, I did get this sorted, thanks...

    Deleting the AMS2 documents in itself wasn't enough (or even re-installing AMS2)... in the end, I needed to rename the AMS2 docs to something else. Only then, did the program actually create new, clean docs, which I was then able to calibrate and use with the R16.

    When deleting in Windows, it's easy to forget that just the headers are actually deleted, so the actual files are technically still on the drive... so each time I re-installed, I think it just made the same folder but the old info somehow stayed in there - hence creating a conflict with the new wheelbase.

    By renaming it first, then creating a new docs folder, I actually got a clean file to work with.

    That is really good to know thanks. I will remember this if something funky happens.
