Probably not representative but I'd love to see what the result of this poll would be, even if it only concerns forum members.

'Where is your main focus' is maybe better phrased because if you do some setup work offline, that doesn't make you an offline player.

I only race online since RaceCraftOnline (RCO) came out even more. SP I never drive. Sometimes I still drive Time Attack (TT) which I also rate as half online...

 

I'm sure the way the poll is set up is not optimal. I think if you do some testing offline for your online adventure then you should vote 'online'.

 

I voted SP since I don’t have the time to do MP races and they usually run during evenings and I’m an early bird

 

99% of my play time is single player, I don't have time for leagues or patience to wait forever in a lobby.

 

1200 hours: 95% online club (occasional public servers) racing

 

2028 hours across main release and beta, not a single second online

 

I used to race online, but I got tired of working hard to fight people clean, pass clean, only to be punted in the next turn. League racing is too restrictive for me, I have commitment issues. Too much angry online for my tastes. I do this for fun.

 

Yeah, the occasional frustration is part of the journey, I guess I have made stupid mistakes too and I often misjudge situations. I also realized that whenever I got in trouble in a race it's mostly because I got myself into that situation. If you see 2 or 3 people in front of you fighting for position, it is not wise to try and join the party e.g.

 

100% offline, like others have posted, just don't have the time to follow schedules and can't be bothered to join random lobbies just to get frustrated on my limited play time. Also I truly enjoy roleplaying in my racing games, channeling my unfulfilled dreams of being a racing driver .

 

100% offline for me as well. This is my SP Sim of choice. I really enjoy playing with the use of a third party career app.

 

We're just a few hours in and the percentages will most likely change a bit in favor of online racers, but atm of all people that have voted so far pure SP racers are the majority, which does not surprise me at all.

almost 2400hrs, voted both. always liked more online in general, but not despise AI racing, and I enjoy a lot the way AMS2 does it.

 

I'm in a weird spot. I think I'd only play SP, but I want the game's online side to succeed too so I'm adding my +1 to random lobbies here and there to help counteract the "No one plays it online so I'm not going to either."

100 % offline, 'cause I play for fun and relax after work and not to compete with others.
I'd like to see everyone in AMS2 satisfied to their liking so we can get over this discussion.
