Problem with Forum 2 steps-Authentication

    Hi guys,

    I am writing with a new account as I cannot access my main account (Zulu695). The password works, but I never get the code by email. I checked the junk etc., nothing. It worked perfectly for more than 2 years.

    I tried my backup codes, none of them work.

    What am I doing wrong ? I can live with a new account but I loose access to Area 51. :(

    Hi Patrick,

    It looks like we are short a few DNS records after our recent downtime and that's causing your mail provider to reject them.

    I've now put them in place but they may take a little while to propagate. If you could retry in a few hours it should be resolved.
