Seriously considering upgrading my current Fanatec pedalset to the Simagic P1000 with hydraulic addon and the haptic feedback for the brake. But I read AMS2 doesn't support that. Anyone from the team that could confirm that could change in the future? Also just wanna say I sincerely hope this game gets a lot more attention and players!
I assume they use telemetry output in the sims they support? My understanding from looking at these pedals is that their initial release detects ABS or TC triggering - which is of little or no use to anyone who races with driving aids turned off because these things won't trigger. In that case though I don't think the telemetry has this data. There are fields for ABS and TC but I'd guess they are just saying whether they are enabled or not. I may be wrong here. Presumably their intent is to detect wheel lock up. I believe you can do that with the data that's in the Automobilista 2 telemetry - and is the right thing to do.
