    Hello Supergreen!
You can find my files on page 355 of my last post.
For your Simagic Mini with 10Nm I recommend file number 4 for 9-10Nm. If file number 4 is too strong for you then use file number 5 for 11-13Nm. If file number 4 is too weak for you then use file number 3 for 6-8Nm. In the end, your personal taste decides:)

    Hello Supergreen!
Thanks for your offer! Of course I don't know the details of your Simagic mini. But the settings are very similar between the bases. Your settings look good so far. Only 2 things stand out to me. You have Mechanical Inertia at 5%. I assume you have a very light wheel to simulate more weight. This can definitely be done if the wheel is very light. Then I see at Angle you have set 360°, is there a reason for that? Normal is 900° or 1080° for the base and then automatically adjusted to each car in the game. Maybe simagic works differently? I don't know that . Greetings from Daniel

This is one of the better FFB files I have tried there is a clunk as you steer sharp R&L that is fixed by reducing (bump_scale 0.55) at least on a DD Simucube. There is also a very strong center spring above 130kph that I would like to reduce it creates a center 'V' notch feel in the steering - it instantly snaps to center - I can't find what might control that - could you advise please.

    Hello Daneilkart
I too have the 2 Pro and have always used my own default tweaks but after the big update I just could not get it dialed in. So I tried V400 w/ your setting, top shelf out of the box not one adjustment, simply put its perfect....I fell out of my rig and banged my head. Now

    I can drive

I am in your debt, if you ever come to Vancouer Canada...dinner and drinks on me.
Or if there is something else you need ..reachout...really
    sincerly,

    Scott

    Hey Scott!
Ohhhh I've never been to Vancouver:) A very nice and generous offer. But only if I can also bring the chocolate to my country (Switzerland) for dessert :D I hope you continue to have fun with your base and Ams2. Best regards and thank you again;)

Would just like to echo the thanks and congratulations for all the hard work and ingenuity.

I've not been playing AMS2 or any other sim for a few months for various reasons, but got back into it in the last week or two, and the latest version for my CSW2.5 (specifically @Alegunner68's tune) feels truly outstanding.

    So yeah. Thanks very much!

Been having a somewhat good time with DanielKarts V300 on the logi DD pro wheel but ever since 1.5 i have not been playing much.

Reason is i can't feel the buildup on the suspension when cornering witch helps me judge Gs and my grip limit.

No matter what custom i try or default / + , That feeling of build up when cornering is gone. I hope that is what they are working on for next update.

Anyone know some good settings to mess with in the file to cure this?
V300 feels so good for the most part, just that little bit is missing for me

test, test, test that's the secret. Find the best settings for you personally. For me personally, this final step was the V400. In my opinion, the customs files are in a very advanced state and are no longer in a testing phase. The rabbit hole I keep saying is no longer there for me. The rest is personal taste, which can of course vary greatly and no one can tell you that. That's why my advice for you is: Make your own experiences with your base and your hardware and your preferred file with lots of testing;)

DanielKart is right. Besides the improved ffb results, bettering our understanding of what defines our taste in ffb through testing and how to achieve it, is greatly enhanced. From that point on, tuning to our preferred ffb in any title becomes much easier.

Oversteer/Understeer is the first setting I tweak and seems to reasonably fit the description.

This is a very important and good point you raise. I see a lot of people with the best and most expensive bases or the best hardware. But still, they invest very little or no time in this hardware. Or they copy everything from self-proclaimed “big YouTubers” and believe they are doing everything right. But people who deal with it and invest time in it will, in my opinion, achieve the best results

    What's new:
    • Improved lateral forces (including those caused by crashs or bumps)
    • Improved vertical forces feeling
    • Improved kerb feeling
    • Improved offtrack feeling
    • Improved scrub effects
    • Improved engine effects
    • Retouched gyro forces
    • Reduced (not eliminated) wheel hands-off oscilations
    • Removed both kerb and offtrack (canned) enhancements
    Still to improve/implement:
    • Bottoming out effect, to be on a par with sound fx. Depends on Reiza, but expected to come :)
    • ABS/TC effects, perhaps? Reiza..? :)
    • Oscillations, hands-off the wheel (doesn't affect driving)

Oi @Joaquim Pereira thanks for your file, coming back to simracing after a year due to breaking my leg and I am trying to recreate a good FFB feeling on a newly bought Moza R9, I see you also recently got a R12. Would you mind sharing your pithouse .json preset if it's not too much trouble. I can adapt it to the R9 for a good starting point. Or are you using any default one?

Thanks and have a great day :)
