Automobilista 2 Mods!!!

    It groups all the GT3 mods together in a single class which is great , The lights are a nice seasonal touch but I hope they get updated after the festive period and we can keep the class as a whole if we wish.

    It's pretty easy to change it if you want to do it yourself. Just go to Vehicles/*car_name* and open *car_name*.CRD in a text editor.
    Look for this line: <prop name="Vehicle Class" data="xxxx" /> and change the data field value to the class name.

    For example in mazda_787b/mazda_787b.CRD
    change <prop name="Vehicle Class" data="Group C mod" />
    to <prop name="Vehicle Class" data="Group C" />
    to group it together with the default Gr. C cars.

    That won't help with the Christmassy Lights though. That's the problem, not the Class.

    I've been excitedly waiting for the day that I could play these tracks in AMS2. Thanks for all the effort you and the PC2MT put into bringing these over.

    Thank you , I guess that means I can group the GTE mod cars into the standard GTE class so they are classed all together.
    If so that’s brilliant thank you.

    Does anyone have some kind of documentation for the engine binary files? I'd really appreciate it. The doc I could find only has translations for the chassis file. :(

    On pc2 modding team site you can find docs about engine and other hex files...

    Are there no auto mods for the 2005-06 F1 seasons? This part was left out by Reiza as well, and I didn't see anyone else dealing with it either.

    I remember seeing a McLaren model being made somewhere, but nothing since then.

    My mod is still coming ;)
    Haven't got them to show up in AMS2 yet, but because of that I got to model the Honda as well. So when they will be released, the Honda will likely be part of it for the first part of my mod :)

    On the (usual place :p ), do we need the drivelines downloaded separately? Or do they come with each individual car? Just wondered before I start :)

    Content Manager takes care of everything, you just need to drag the mod zip file into it and activate.
