[ ISSUE HAS BEEN SOLVED ] I had to rename/delete the "Documents -> Automobilista 2" Folder and let the game create a new one and AMS2 booted perfectly [ Original issue] Ever since the patches following the Racing USA DLC (V1.3.1.1 ish?) my game has been crashing on start up and I cant even get on the game suddenly. Every time It gets to the screen showing all the logos right after the Reiza logo the game just closes. Nothing has has changed from before on my end hardware wise and etc. I'm on a Fanatec CSL DD/all Fanatec setup on an Ultrawide monitor. I have tried: Verifying game files. Restarting the computer. Updating graphics drivers. Uninstalling and reinstalling. Waited for the newest patch. Uninstalled and Reinstalled again. Swapping what drive it was saved on. Starting the game on the other monitor. Extremely puzzled with this. I will post a picture with the windows event viewer as well.
Same here, playing with Oculus and osw (MMOS). I drive a few laps and then the game crashes but still sounding, my wheel reacts (beause my car crashes in the game) and then the game crashes and I have to close it.
That sucks~ for me I can even get into the game it just crashes on the Logo start-up screen every time. And the only thing I could find was old people having that issue with a Logitech G-Hub issue but it doesnt relate to me. I'm so lost as to how to fix this
For me it show, "Only one instance of this application is allowed". Its not running though. Steam shows it is but there is nothing on the task bar.
FIXED. I had to rename/delete the "Documents -> Automobilista 2" Folder and let the game create a new one and it booted perfectly
I think I resolved it too. Easy fix in this video, I followed steps 1, 4 and 5, and also disabled GPU Scheduling from Windows. Better performance on AMS2 and other games like AMS2 and DR 2.0
Hi! After installing todays update, the game keeps crashing on startup. Things I tried: - Restarting the computer - Deleting Automobilista 2 Folder from Documents - Re-installing the game Nothing helped so far. The game worked just fine today, before the update.
