Never in the history of Sim Racing has a game offered such a rich array of Historic F1 content as Automobilista 2 does! Cars from 1967, 1969, 1974, 1978, 1983, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1995, 1997, 2001... 26 Historic tracks (off the top of my head) and counting! This was the stuff of fantasy just a few years ago. And yet... I cannot create a custom championship using the correct historic points system! So frustrating. I figure to add this would take about an hour of dev time compared to the tens of thousands of hours that must have gone into creating all these brilliant historic cars and tracks! Only 2 extra points systems need to be added as options to the custom championships: To cover 1967, 1969, 1974, 1978, 1983, 1986, 1988 & 1990 Top 6: 9, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1 To cover 1991, 1992, 1993, 1995, 1997 & 2001 Top 6: 10, 6, 4, 3, 2, 1 There was best of's during this period (that can get pretty complicated) and they'd be nice to haves. But I'd be really happy if I could just use those 2 points systems for my custom historic F1 championships!
Added in this update, finally! The missing link is team/constructor points and in the case of endurance racing, different drivers in the same cars!
