Multiplayer servers missing from lobby

I am having an almost impossible time of it trying to find a few dedicated servers that I race on. Since the update, they are not appearing in the lobby even though I know they are running. Using the filters to name them doesn't seem to help. Others are finding them, but I've seen a few ppl have the same experience as me. I would like to know where to begin to sort problem. I've already tried the validation of the install and even tried another steam login. No joy.

 

Yeah, i have had several people in our league races with issues lately, ams2 MP relies heavily on Steam, try changing this setting in Steam from 5000 (auto) to a lower number, 1500 seems to work for everyone i know so far.

My logs btw, are showing many, many dedi servers are being ignored as the game manager can't query the rules, such as the RD sever listed here:
[Info ] [GameBrowser:edicatedServerSearchDone] [GameManager] Ignoring dedicated server 90179562911046672 (RaceDepartment.com #2 - Thursday Endurance Practice), failed to query its rules
What's odd, is that sometimes, after many tries, it will sometimes show one of the servers I'm looking for, other times it's back to ignoring them due to the rules query bit.
