Hi everyone. I have Automobilista 2 with the Season Pack 2020-2022 and I bought a Pico 4 VR headset on last black friday. I am using Pico Streaming Assistant to stream from PC to Pico 4 (usb or wifi6) and it runs fine Assetto Corsa, Dirt Rally 2, rFactor 2 and KartKraft. In Assetto Corsa I only have image on Pico after when on track. The menus of Content Manager I only have in the monitor. In Automobilista 2 and Project Cars 2, I can't have VR. Just a virtual screen on Pico 4... When I enter Pico Assistant, it opens Steam VR. I can see my Steam library but when I choose one of these 2 games, it stays on a screen with the game logo and a message "next up" instead of going to the game menu. On the monitor, I can see the menu. Using the monitor, I go to the track, but still no image on the Pico 4! Anyone can help?... Some people tell me to use Virtual Desktop instead, but they can also use the Pico Streaming Assistent. So, I am affraid that I buy virtual desktop and have the same problem...
Maybe try to start the game from steam on the computer where you can choose from the launcher to start AMS2 with steamvr.
Your Windows username most certainly contains symbols. I had to create another user account to play ams2 in VR How to solve the problem: - Create a new user account containing only a-z characters. - Give the account admin privileges. - Relaunch your game through Steam VR. - Done.
How on Earth did you figure that one out? That is classic PC master race deep tinkering, very impressive
Damn... May account is "Escritório"!! Prpbably the "ó" is the problem! So many time attempting to solve this and reading the Pico fóruns... Even the Pico Support didn't help!! I will try that ASAP!! Thanks!!
Pico support can't help you because the problem is in Pcars and Automobilista 2. I'm glad that your problem is going to be solved in VR
