I would love to see F1 65 or 66 mods. I just got done watching a documentary on Day of the Champions and old Steve McQueen film that almost made it to screen but a lot footage from that era. Love those cars.

 

Please! where is #6 M.Martin?

 

What would the interest be in doing a Kickstarter for an early project, perhaps a 1954 F1 project? If it raised enough money, I could go pursue a Mercedes license, since I have dealt with them in the past.

 

We have a #6, you can go ahead and imagine that it is for Mark.

 

How about Nascar from the hp/aero years? Superbird,Talledaga,etc.

 

Why worry about licenses? Copy the car without the Merc symbol and call it different (like Reiza does). Cheaper and I don't care if there is no Merc emblem on it .

 

We are a USA based studio (unlike most that are Russian based) so we have to follow 1st world intellectual property laws. The body shape of a car is just as protected as the car's name and badging under EU, UK, and USA laws. This is one of the very issues that Reiza ran into with their modern Indycar.

Well, I would be interested in paying for any mod from 1900 until 1966. Also, maybe some CanAm mods would be considered? It would be a bliss to race these in AMS2 historic tracks

 

Well, instead of a Merc use a Gordini. I'm sure they don't have these proporty laws as they don't excist anymore .

Not sure how it will work with AMS2, but for AC we were doing custom liveries to add to the pack for $25. Message me if you are interested, I think we could still squeeze in 1-2 more before launch.

 

Do you have an estimate for the AMS2 release of the stockcar? Would love to beat that around some road courses.

 

Our 1937 Talbot Lago T150C 3d model is ready for importing into Assetto Corsa, meanwhile our 3d modeling team will continue to develop the 3d model to AAA standards for AMS2.

I love how this car is coming along, going to be so cool blasting down the Mulsanne straight at a historic version of Le Mans in Automobilista 2.

 

So your only planning to release 1 stock car to ams2 as payware? Not a full set to create a full field??

 

This definitely looking promising... I'm going to be keeping an eye out for your guys' work.

 

Hopefully we can see something in-game, on track soon. I say that because I’ve seen scenarios like this many times in AC modding forums, that always amount to nothing.
