As alot of us know already oval racing in ams2 is immensely fun, after owning all the racing USA packs I wondered if there are more ovals planned?

    Would love to see :
    Atlanta
    Texas
    Kentucky

Also has anything been mentioned regarding a proper oval stock car?

I would not at all be averse to Charlotte Speedway if the infield layouts are included.

Personally I think I'd be more interested in some more of the international ovals, like Lausitzring, Calder Park Thunderdome, and Motegi

Only issue is that the one I sent is used for horses, but STCC have driven there so it is technically a race track for both cars and horses

I like Gateway, so another short one would be good.

Yes, it would be the better fit for both. Even better if it has an RX layout. That's why, like another said before, I think Charlotte would be a great fit. We also don't have any 1.5 miler oval. I know they are many times called cookie-cutters and are not very appreciated by hardcore stock car fans, but it's an option I would like to have in game.

The more different they are between them, the better. Instead of a collection of 1.5 milers though, I would like a mix like bringing said Charlotte, Iowa, Lucas Oil, Rockingham, Lausitzring, Pocono, etc.

You must be American... No one likes going in a near-constant circle for hours, except Americans.

Jim Clark and Jochen Ridnt at North Carolina Speedway (more well known as Rockingham Speedway) on October 29th 1967.
    381c0850301c1ce2f82c42b2009275a3.jpg

Jim Clark was the one who participated in the event while Jochen Ridnt was in the pits just incase Clark couldn't finish the full 500 miles. Clark was running 12th when his engine blew on lap 145. Below is a picture of Jim Clark (#66) and Wendell Scott (#34) racing side by side.

    6cmk68ofqpn41.jpg

Obviously it wasn't all that boring to these two, otherwise they wouldn't have even considered it.

Same with Kimi Räikkönen in 2012 at Charlotte, same with Fernando Alonso and the Indy 500, same with Nigel Mansell, same with Juan-Pablo Montoya, same with Marcos Ambrose, same with Scott Mclaughlin, same with Shane-Van Gisbergen, and same with Emerson Fittipaldi. Oh and those are just the non-Americans that were considered legends before trying their hands at oval racing here in the states.

So that's ignoring F1 legends who raced under the American flag like Mario Andretti and Dan Gurney. That's also ignoring undeniably legendary drivers who had very short stints in F1 like Scott Dixon and Alex Zanardi. Also ignoring drivers who are not considered "legendary" outside of oval racing despite their obvious talent like Justin Wilson, Kenny Bräck, Gil de Ferran, and Dan Weldon.

But hey what do these guys know about exciting racing?

Maybe they should first make it so the INDYcars at INDIanapolis have an actual driveable default setup instead of a sideways drifto-mobile setup so you could actually have an enjoyable oval race against the AI first. Maybe in 2025...

A proof that ovals dont have Reizas highest priority is that the default setups on ovals are absolutely not created for ovals.
Just fooled a bit round on Daytona 3-oval in the F-Reiza where everybody use custom setups with wings 0/0.
Hehe the default setup use wings 20/20.
