Report: The driver in VR is using the paddle shift animation rather than sequential shift.

Report: Right mirror in VR setting, cannot be changed horizontally. Left mirror does change position.

Applicable Settings: start automobilista 2 dedicated server, allow host to change car/track and enable AI fill empty spots
Report: start your own dedicated AMS2 server and disable server control car/track which means host can change track/car from in-game once connects to server and enable AI to fill empty slots in server. If player does not change predefined car or track in the server, then AI can fill empty slots in the server without problems. If player change track or car from in-game once he connects to server, then AI cannot fill any empty slots. This bug is not present in project cars dedicated server.
Steps to Reproduce: once host connects to the server and change the track, or car class, then AI cannot fill any empty slots in server.

 

Track & Layout Used: Barcelona GP (no chicane) (possibly other tracks, haven't tried it yet)
Car Used: Formula Ultimate Gen2
Applicable Settings: Single Race, 33 laps, 2x tire wear, Quali 25 min, private session, Weather: Rain. Also observed in Test Day with no tire wear.
Report: Intermediate or Wet tire temp keeps dropping from lap to lap. My fastest lap is the first lap AFTER entering the event. Returning to pits and going back out makes no difference. Tire temp starts to drop after just a few corners. Leaving the event and going back in resets it and I can drive one good lap again.
Steps to reproduce: Drive in rain with wet or intermediate tires and watch the tire temps.

 

All Open Wheelers:
AI is way too fast on slicks in wet conditions. Seems like they would have almost same grip as on a dry track.

Applicable Settings: Any other than opponent car engine sound set to zero
Report: High levels of audio distortion/crackling, will go away if opponent engine sound is set to zero
Steps to reproduce: Select RX VW Polo as car for you and opponents, will hear a lot of distortion

Report: HiTech Gen2 is listed as having Soft, Medium, Hard and Wet tires as options but in the setup menu the Hard option appears as blank.
Steps to reproduce: Load into any mode with a HiTech Gen2 car, go to setup menu and scroll through the tire options

 

Track & Layout Used: Noted at Nuerburgring Nordschleife, but presumably track independent
Car Used: GT3 gen 1, but presumably vehicle independent
Applicable Settings: Noted using historic weather during 20 minute qualifying
Report: No rain, but track was still wet from previous rain. I and AI started on wet tires. During out lap track went from wet to damp. AI continued on to timed lap, as I did, with wet tires. During timed lap track went from damp to moist. Knowing there wouldn't be enough time to pit for dry tires, I completed my timed lap with about 4 minutes to spare. However, most (but not all) AI pitted for dries, thus were not able to set a time before the session ran out.
Steps to reproduce: Set up a scenario where track conditions will change from wet to at least moist during timed qualifying (or dry to damp presumably would have the same result)
Expected behavior: If changing tires to meet track conditions would mean not being able to set a timed lap, then the AI SHOULD finish their current timed lap regardless...

Report: Rear end of the LDF nissan changes after a certain distance threshold is passed. Looks like its drawing the MDF version from afar and the LDF when you're closer.

Car used: Formula V10 Gen1
Applicable settings: 36Lap race with mandatory pit stop - tire change and refueling on. Full grid, AI 112%/Medium, no assists, authentic mode, full damage, dry weather (medium clouds) - If relevant, default skins, just change the drivers' names.

Report: Video attached. When requesting a pit stop, through the icm I selected the option to change tires, refuel and no repairs, but when I stopped in the pit, the system ignored the options and started repairs on the vehicle even with the option off, this took almost 2 minutes and made me give up the race that until then was very pleasant. That was really frustrating. Because of this and other issues, longer races in AMS2 are becoming unpleasant.

 

I also experience this bug, very frustrating. Can happen at anytime when pitting in a race. Repair takes about 2 mins, as you report, but does not repair any damage at all! Possibly linked to re-starting a race, fairly sure it's only occurred when a race is re-started, however not always - some re-started races have been fine. Since exiting a race and reloading (rather than using the in race restart option) to restart, and deleting any pre set strategies, I have not had this bug occur...

I assume this is a bug, but not matter how I drive I simply can't get heat into the tires or brakes. The only brake that would get any heat is the rear left while the remaining 3 will hover between 11-12 and never go higher.

 

I think some karts only have one brake disc on the rear axle so probably normal behaviour for the brakes.

 

Karts have just one brake disc mounted on the driveshaft at the rear - see image.
Only high powered Karts, like the shifter, have single brake discs at the tires (at all four)

Track & Layout Used: Daytona Sports Car Course (Mar 28/24 about 1am EST)
Car Used: LMDh Cadillac V-Series.R-Low Downforce
Applicable Settings: Ranked Multiplayer multi-class race with AI's
Report: Loaded into the Daytona session, it loaded a setup I was using earlier on another track. Selected/loaded my Daytona setup during qualifying, qualified fine, when race loaded it changed my setup back to the setup I was working on earlier in the day at Watkins Glen. I was stuck racing with a setup that was full rev limiter ALL the was down the back/front stretchs in 7th gear. This is how I know that AMS2 switched setups on me. SURPRISE! (the setup is not even listed on my Daytona setups)
Steps to reproduce: Start with loading into the session with a setup that is NOT for Daytona. Switch to Daytona setup during Qual, then see what setup you get for the race. Ensure you can tell the difference between the setups. I have not tried to repeat this since it put me at a HUGE disadvantage, and made me feel like a fool.

 

2024 Stock Cars tyre choices are just "blank" when switching between them.
F-Ultimate Gen 2 also has one type of tyre as "blank"
