    Halloo

I have a quick question about clean racing in AMS2. I used to love the sim as it reminded me PS3 Gran Tourismo. Unfortunately I got a very bad habbit, which took me years to get rid of, to use other cars as a sort of guardrails when cornering. After many years of break I returned to iR just for the sake of clean racing, both online or against AI.

Is there any option to be disqualified in AMS 2 for divebombing and using other cars as guardrails?

There's none, but you will learn quickly enough in online races as you will be the most hated name/person ;) Just read articles or watch video's about racing. What you need to learn is patience, to pass and when not to pass, racecraft, awareness, and much more. Racing is not about passing 5 cars in one turn. No, it's all about knowing when you pass when it's 100% safe. Of course you can take a bit of risk manoeuvres when you see the gap. (means not squeezing into). It's totally onto you to re-learn yourself how to race and become the best version of yourself on the track. Reaching that potential you've and see how far it brings you.

Thank you for your answer. I never tried AMS2 in online mode.

My bad - the question should go:

Is there any option to be disqualified in AMS 2 for divebombing and using other cars as guardrails when competing against AI?

Also no, but you can relearn yourself all that. Just don't divebomb and use them as guard rails. I think if you ram hard enough you can get 'unsportmanlike', and after a few you will get a disqualify, but I never tested that out. Alternatively you can set the damage to max. ;)

The problem of setting the damage to max is that when the AI hits you, it can be very frustrating
