Interestingly I came back to drive AMS1 cars this weekend and oh boy it felt good

it had been 18montjs I had my MOZA R9 but hadn’t found the time to give it a go

after a bit of tweaking in pithouse and in game it felt amazing with Stock cars the gt3 a or the mini

really could feel suspensions travel and tire flex

so much rf2 like impression and better than current AMS2

is the VR hack the beta version in the OP ?

i am a VR user happy to do some tweaking wherever needed

i understand this will run through steamvr so I assume the openxr trick via opencomposite would work right?

Yes I noticed that but it won't download and it looks like the file has been removed. Are you sure the link is still working? I will try a different browser tonight.

When starting SteamVR and then AMS 1. When sitting in the Pits you must Re-Center the screen using SteamVR. This takes away random stutters and frame drops !

The one that is linked from the OP? It's working for me. Try again, but if it doesn't work then I've shared a copy here: Proton Drive

I have a Moza R5 and the automatic degrees of rotation feature doesn't seem to work, I have to manually adjust the degrees and steer ratio.

Have you found a way or is it impossible? (sorry for the off topic)

Yes it works but without effects thar rely on the depth buffer. Here is a preset I made for AMS specifically to improve clarity:

sorry for the late answer, not been playing much AMS1 in recent weeks. I started it today and no,I can not find a way to get Pithouse and Game wheel angle to match. I had to do this manually
