Is it possible to play Automobilista 2 in VR without reprojection?

Good morning, friends. In a Telegram channel, I read that in simulators like Assetto Corsa and ACC, you can eliminate flat screen reprojection when playing in VR by modifying the value of a .json or .ini file and only view the game through the VR headset.

I would like to know if this could be done in Automobilista 2.

Would it be possible?

So I right click on Project Cars 2 and select Properties and then from there select "Set Launch Options" and set them to -novrmirror not sure if it will work in AMS but worth a try im not a vr are user

Hi scootju, were you able to test this? Do you have 2D "mirroring" now disabled?

 

I've tested this a few weeks back because I had / have some performance issues with VR, but it made the menu navigation very hard if not near impossible, as you can't use a mouse anymore but have to navigate with controller or wheel buttons. I could notice a performance increase on the track but if it takes me 10 minutes to get anything done in the menus, then thats not a solution to me.
