AMS2 - User Livery Overrides

I'm working on some BMW M1 Procar liveries, and I can't figure out what the polygon in the upper left of the UV map corresponds to. I thought it was the windshield inside, but I don't see anything I put there in the cockpit view. Here's a snap of the UV map with the questioned are overlain with a pink oval:

I also see a reference to a windshield banner file, but the .rar file I unpacked with the template didn't seem to include one. Should it have?

Does any one know how to mod the pitcrew liveries to match the car and driver overrides?
The default skins now have pitcrew colours to match...just curious if it can be done for KRRDustins F124 Formula Ultimate Gen2 skins for example

If it would be possible, they would have the team clothing. Maybe some day Reiza will give us the option to include it.

So the next Update for the F1 2024 Skinpack is completely ready to release. But I can only release it after 1.6 arrived.

So what to do in the meantime? I think it's time to help out some friends..
I'm helping out to make all F1 1995 Helmets for the F1 1995 Skinpack by @Alain Fry and the Immersion Modding Group! And as a German there is one particular driver I had to do first..

 

So could we get fixed helmets for 1995 in 1.6. 2024 skinpack update and the 1999 season seems like a dream come true for F1 fan

 

Don't forget I'm also bringing the 2022 and 2023 Season.
And I know some plans for other skinpacks in the future by some other guys. AMS2 has a bright future ahead with F1 Skinpacks!

 

Is it possible to get templates for the cars in the beta?

 

Those will need to be posted in the paddock club ofcourse, otherwise it would give away too much info

This Paintkit is missing in your List above .
All other Models from the F-Vintage GEN2 are there, just the Lotus 49C is missing.

Can anyone do these paintings?

 

A lot of people probably can, but why can’t you?

 

I just don't know how to handle it

 

It's simple really if you have Photoshop or Gimp.
Download the livery template, paint the livery with the color code, get the logos as a PNG file and apply them to the car. From then on you can improve big time by trial and error.
Best is also to download a skinpack before that so you just need to overwrite the .dds file to see it in the game. Feel free to message me if you need further help!

I started the same way. One livery for the Sprintrace car. Then I made a F1 livery. Everything led to my skinpacks I have done for the last 3 years now and I will do in the future. It's all about learning
