Perfect is always very subjective and perfect will probably never exist. But yes, the V6000 extreme 2 still works very well with update 1.6. I haven't noticed any disadvantages to 1.5.6. As I already mentioned, V6000 extreme 3 will be adapted more to the new standard setups of the cars and a little to the now better grip limit (hysteresis) of the tires of some cars. That's all it takes for me to be satisfied;)

    @Danielkart @Stakanov
I have a 12nm Club Sport DD. How much do you recommend I set the damping to?
    Thanks

Thank you, I will try it next time I have the time to play, I mean to drive :D
At first I have to search your post in this thread where you uploaded the file.

With Default and Default+ I get oscilliations with my Moza R9 and with your custom FFB files (and of course with your help in this thread) I was able to complety get rid of them. I hope I can do it again in 1.6.

    Loving V6000 Extreme 2 with 1.6!

Spent some time with Default and Default plus in the update and it has definitely improved significantly but it wasn’t until I switched back to V6000 that it really clicked (makes sense as that was what I was used to).

Cars feel weighty, planted and with plenty of road contact detail without ‘noise’ i’m sure many hardened AMS2 critics would secretly enjoy it.

1.6 is a mammoth effort and so good we can enjoy it in any flavour we like.

Feels very good on my Fanatec CS DD+ as well with minimum Fanatec settings (NDP 0, NFR 0, NIN 0, INT 3, FEI 100). Will stay with it for now.

What you like, or what fits more cars at the same time ... is only one slider, let your tastes decide.

Imagine that my tastes on the low-end G920 like 25 of Damping, but many others always on the low-end keep it at about 15 and the majority at 0 (to avoid losing details), the same on DD (it's your case) many prefer to keep DP low or zero with max GAIN, others instead lower the GAIN and use more higher FX and DAMPING ... if you look at the forum of the official Reiza profiles it is quite common to see people who recommend the use of damping, others not for the oscillations with high gain ... in the ATMOS files the logic of the Reiza code is now a symbiont in the body of the rFuktor.... so you are total freedom.

Hi AntoAntoDD, it's been a long time since we've spoken, yes for now I'm going it alone... you guessed it right, I have a bit of meat on the fire or as they say on this forum I have a lot of cheese (that needs to be aged)... if I don't have any hitches during the tests I think that with the next version 1.6.3 we will soon abandon the word Partial...

Hello, i am playing with the V6000 Extreme2 and loving it.

But after testing another ffb called "FullFFB by JP v20" i found out that some details were better relayed to my wheel than the V6000 Extreme2, but on the other part some details like kerbs or else were not what i was looking for.

My question is: Can i put variables and settings from one file to another? If so, how can i do?

Please tell me, can I somehow adjust the level of force that is lost during understeer?
Let's say that when the axle is demolished, 30% of the force on the steering wheel is lost, and I would like to set it to 50%. Is it possible to do this? If so, tell me the formula or line in the file that needs to be edited.

This is the best custom FFB I've tried. I don't understand why the developers don't use it by default.

Hi all, I hope this is the appropriate place to ask.
I was wondering if anyone has some recommendations for a Moza R5 set up? I have been reading some replies by Reiza's internal tester Mr. Collins that he recommends people start out with Default+, which I can get behind, that way you are playing with the FFB the devs intented, but he also talks about not messing too much in Moza Pit House which has me a bit confused. Does he literally mean slide everything to 0 in the Moza app, or does he simply mean to select the preset for GT/Formula racing or whatever it is I want to do, and leave it at that?

However, if the community feels a custom FFB file would suit as well, I'd be more than happy to hear your settings, both in game and in Pithouse :)

PS: The R5 is awesome, the rig it's attached to is not (Playseat Evolution Pro), it simply isn't strong enough to support a DD wheelbase. So, in other titles I've noticed it helps to reduce road sensitivity to about 7/8 to reduce the most extreme oscillations/vibrations (otherwise you can literally hear the playseat start creaking and moaning XD), is that something that would make sense in AMS2 as well or would too much detail be lost?

    Thank you all in advance,
    Elu~

If you reduce road sensitivity too much you will lose a lot of feedback and therefore a lot of details. I recommend staying at 10 (max) for Moza bases to get as much detail as possible. Unfortunately, the defaults suffer from strong vibrations and therefore it can be an advantage to reduce (road sensitivity) but with the disadvantages mentioned. In addition, there are noticeable disadvantages with a Moza R5 compared to higher Moza models with the steering axle (clear grids can be felt). You don't have to set everything to 0, there are good filters and there are bad filters. Find the best settings for your taste

It's hard to believe that such an elegant old-school FFB feel is achieved with just 4 lines of custom FFB code. Thanks, @Alex291190 !
    Hall-of-fame worthy.
