I‘m using the Rack_Force custom FFB and now using 50% Force in Fanatec settings with 90% Gain in-game. All other in-game settings are ignored by Rack_Force to my best understanding. Alternatively you can use 100% Force with 40% Gain, feels similar.

    In Game: Gain 65%
    LFB: 0
FX: 15-20% or for all Rally Cars and Karts 25-30%
    Damping: 0

For your base: 90-100% gain depending on the car
A little damping and friction of around 5%, the rest you have to find for yourself. Fullforce is not supported as far as I know

    Less is more :)
Gave this a quick try, and really like it. Need to test a bit more, but it might replace Default+ which I have been using lately.

Hi - You cannot do this through my file. The force lost will be a noticeable, but still small amount. :)

Hey guys, I am not using a Custom FFB currently, but I thought this would be the right place to ask. So, I don't remember the exact settings from 1.5 but back then I got the settings to feel the curbs more pneumatic or subtle to say it in a way. Currently with the 1.6 going over curbs fill like I am drilling something. I do know IRL the vibration is crazy hard in the car, but I live in an apartment, and I am trying to reduce the intensity of the curbs.

Turn FEI down to somewhere around 60 and turn up the FX just a bit and see how that feels. FEI has an effect that I find jarring if too high.

By decreasing FEI, don't you decrease the overall reaction speed of the base? Sure, sharp impacts from the road will become smoother, but the base will also react less quickly to changes in the road situation, i.e. to axle drift. All feedback will become more elastic - slower.
Thanks for the reply. It saved me time searching for a solution, as there is none.:)

I don't know if Fanatec has improved the FFB software on the newer bases. In the old models (FEI) was always responsible for continuous grinding and it overshadowed a lot of good FFB and therefore many details could not be felt. I recommend that you check both, which means the following:

    1st variant
NIN: 0% (can be increased a little for very light wheels to simulate a heavier wheel)
    FOR : 100%
    SPR: 100%
    DPR: 100%
    INT: OFF
    FEI: 40-60%

    2nd variant:
NIN: 0% (can be increased a little for very light wheels to simulate a heavier wheel)
    FOR : 100%
    SPR: 100%
    DPR: 100%
    INT: 2-5
    FEI: 80%

then decide based on your feeling

Afaik Fanatec is recommending rather your 2nd variant as FEI under 80 is supposed to increase latency. Personally I was not able to feel / notice increased latency and unfortunately there is no precise information what FEI is doing exactly (assumption: Low-pass filter).

Fanatec's recommendations are very old and no longer current. If you are still using the old software, I definitely recommend variant 1. As you rightly said, you don't feel any latency. I have also tested many bases and if I want to achieve the same feelings I clearly have to lower FEI. Otherwise a Simucube2, a MozaR21 and an Assetek would all be wrong. I doubt that, however

I did a quick look, and your file is almost empty... Try and look at some of all the other FFB files and see there is noone that only has 5 lines

But i guess you didnt test it yourself?

    I've tested it ! it's genius!

All sliders on 0 except ffb Gain (and avoid clipping)...
