    Is there any plan for this to work in MP? It would be insanely awesome... just like 48 grid size only going to work in SP /=

    @gian - is there a complete list being maintained anywhere of all the Livery names in the latest version of AMS2?

    Any clue on what the XML file names are for the LMP2 and the Super Trofeo car classes?

    Edit: I figured out LMP2.xml and LMP2_Gen1.xml, no clue for the Super Trofeo one.

    I have had a question for a long time, that is, whether the "stock" drivers that reproduce the real ones (e.g. those of the IMSA GTPs) have defined characteristics by Reiza (and therefore there is no need to intervene by modifying them, but only by changing their name), or are they randomized. Thanks.

    It seeems the IMSA 2024 grid (using the in-game preset) are HARD-CODED.

    I have a custom Ai file and added (IMSA 2024) to one of the Audi R8 GT3 but it doesn't add that car using the preset.

    Can anyone with knowledge confirm or deny this is the case?

    When you select the IMSA 2024 preset, it filters out any liveries that don't belong to IMSA. So if you have custom AI drivers that use liveries that don't belong to IMSA, they will be filtered out too.

    With 1.6 it looks like the Manual Grid + Custom Ai is broken for multi-class.

    Whereas before I could edit the Ai file to have the cars I wanted in a multiclass race now using the same grid settings matched to the number of cars in my Ai file they
    So i see the imsa cars have (IMSA 2024) in the Driver file. When I add that to a car (like an audi gt3) it doesnt add it.

    There is no way to edit the "IMSA 2024" cars correct?

    Not sure I get your question. but nothing changed related to the custom grids from custom AI drivers.

    However if you are using the IMSA motorsport preset, then it will ignore any drivers from your custom AI file that don't belong to the IMSA motorsport preset, the other custom AI drivers will be overriden by you as usual.

    Hi guys,

    I have a problem generating the custom AI for LMP2. I generate the file with the ORECA cars (12 cars) and LIGIER (1 car). Those that are from IMSA (13 cars). But when I go to championship or single race mode, the simulator mixes liveries and drivers of my AI with others not included in the LMP2.xml file. Thanks in advance!

    So your Ai file has only 13 cars?
    Are you using the IMSA preset?

    A. The Ai file wont work with the IMSA preset
    B. Your opponents must not be more than your Ai file.
    c. Close and save any Ai file editors you may have open

    No you cant edit the preset, but you can override the ai drivers just fine. The only thing you need to keep in mind is that if you want to use a livery that dont belong to IMSA then you shouldn't select the IMSA preset.

    hello question! will a custom AI file conflict with pit stop strategies during a race? this is a sample of a custom AI file I'm running in the GT1 field.

    <custom_ai_drivers>
    <driver livery_name="Porsche AG #25">
    <name>Uwe Alzen</name>
    <country>DEU</country>
    <race_skill>0.89</race_skill>
    <qualifying_skill>0.92</qualifying_skill>
    <aggression>0.53</aggression>
    <defending>0.37</defending>
    <stamina>0.63</stamina>
    <consistency>0.87</consistency>
    <start_reactions>0.92</start_reactions>
    <wet_skill>0.59</wet_skill>
    <tyre_management>0.8</tyre_management>
    <fuel_management>0.93</fuel_management>
    <blue_flag_conceding>0.86</blue_flag_conceding>
    <weather_tyre_changes>0.97</weather_tyre_changes>
    <avoidance_of_mistakes>0.62</avoidance_of_mistakes>
    <avoidance_of_forced_mistakes>0.44</avoidance_of_forced_mistakes>
    <vehicle_reliability>0.7</vehicle_reliability>
    </driver>

    the entire field chooses to pit at around twice the rate of the player, only using half a tank per stint. It feels like some sort of error is occurring - it puts them in a big disadvantage...
