First...coming from iRacing...i am impressed how good AMS2 is. And i regret paying arround 300€ in a few months for tracks and cars in iRacing (not counting the subscription fee). Now that my monthly subscription ran out, i cant access the stuff i paid for. It is crazy...so i tried out AMS2 and i am speechless. For around 80€ for AMS2 i got all the cars and tracks i bought in iRacing and so much more is already included in AMS2. It is crazy...and it drives like a dream. But now on to my questions. Where do i get Setups? I dont know how to work on Setups...i just want to drive. Are there any base setups out there, like "Base-" / "Low-, Mid- and High-Downforce"? And on to my second question: Why arent there Preset Championships? I want to drive IMSA/GT/F1 and so on, but i dont know about point distribution, tracks, race-lengh and so on. Can i download preset championships? It is a shame...this game got a good AI, great cars, great tracks, but no preset championships...why? I created a GT3 season with 20 tracks...1h practice, 20min qualifying, 2x 25min races (day- and nighttime) and it is great fun, but not realistic... Thanks in advance.
Best place to get base setups right now is via Time Trials If you see a wrench, you can download that setup - But do note that these setups are made for 1-2 laps at very high speed. But they can help you get a good base to make your setup out off I think once LFM gets out of beta and AMS2 will be more ready as a esport game, people will start making setups to download elsewhere Reiza is also working on a IMSA preset championships
