    Report: After the latest update the led flares of the headlights are all weird.

    Report: The underbody shadows/occlusions of opponent cars seems to be disappearing after short distance
    EDIT: Seems like the underbody shadows bugged when I do qualy then race, if I go straight to race session the shadows stay there
    Steps to Reproduce: Start a session with qualy (I set it to private, idk if that's affecting anything or not) and then race

    : VR on Quest 3 with max settings except shadows, may be an issue in flatscreen.

    The LoD is being culled on the drivers head/helmet at far too short a range, the drivers have no head at a clearly visible distance. This is most obvious on the main straight where the head/helmet pops back into existence as you go into the braking zone if you are catching a car. Also if you pull off the track at the first turn and then look back as the cars arrive at the turn you can see all the heads/helmets popping into existence, but I'm guessing this is more radically enforced LoD cutoff as its cars behind.

    I have noticed this on other non formula cars in VR where you can clearly see things like roll cages disappearing while still not that far back. Any chance of a level of detail slider?

    Through the Esses and down to turn 5 the AI are spinning out a lot. I started in 8th on a 14 lap race and by lap 6 4 of the cars in front had spun out on that section of the track. They seem to be OK when running in clear air but if they try to challenge another AI car through that section they get a tank slapper going and spin out.

    Applicable Settings: race 162171 LFM, second race after rebooting computer. Racing in VR with RTX 4080
    Report: All run ok till 8min to go. FPS dropped from steady 90 to 55 (max 59) till the end (with small stutters). In cooldown lap (when autopilot took over) returned to 90.
    This morning with lfm (G40 cup @ Barcelona), While braking or suddenly turning the speed of the images sped up (like some images weren't showed). Fps stayed at 90 fps!

    Track & Layout Used: Seems to happen in any track
    Car Used: Formula HiTech Gen2 Model 1, Model 2, Model 3. McLaren MP4/8
    Applicable Settings: Manual shifting
    Report: It starts to automatically upshift, the 1st gear seems to need to get to max rpm, but the next gears just upshifts automatically. In contrast, the downshifts are manual.
    Steps to reproduce: Drive one of the cars mentioned with manual shifting and just accelerate.

    I’m pretty sure thats how these cars worked in real life, you can turn it off in the setup

    : Time Trial / different formula cars

    When running time trial and the delta shows fastest lap it either shows the time of the current session, when restarting the session it shows the fastest lap prior restarting and when restarting again it shows the fastest lap of that prior session again, which deletes the fastest lap the 2 prior laps. I hope this makes sense?

    1. Fresh Session: current fastest lap
    2. Restarted: fastest lap from 1.
    3. Restarted: fastest lap from 2. even if 1. is faster

    : Multi-Class, opponent selection to Custom
    Report: choose the desired class and number of cars per class (for example 10 LMDh and 23 GT3), once in-game the spread accross classes will be different (in that same example we could get 7 LMDh and 26 GT3). Number will be "random" but not respect the desired choice.

    Report: when selecting a MP the car shown on the info screen is incorrect
    In the RCO lobby the car was in fact the jcv mini and in the lfm was in fact Group A
    Clicking through to lobby loads the correct car its just the info tab is incorrect

    There is a possibility that the Automated Scheduled stop is not always reliably registering the parameters for the mandatory pit stop requirement, resulting in disqualification from a race even if the mandatory requirements had been fulfilled. A manual pit stop request made either via mapped button or the ICM does appear to log/verify reliably.

    It's tested to be more reliable via mapped button/ICM, and at this stage the results are border-line anecdotal... I'll leave to you (Reiza) to decide if you feel it's worthy of a deeper-dive.

    I'll leave a prompt on the linked thread below for anyone else to leave their results, should they test it also.

    Report: The lobby names can be longer than what can actually be seen on screen. If the lobby creator doesn't realise this important information about the lobby might not be shown. Did they not scroll across the screen in previous versions?

    Report: Im playing AMS2 1.6.3 in Oculus VR Mode on my Meta Quest 3. Sometimes if i start the game, the mouse pointer is in the VR Session not visible, or visible and freeze. If i look at the main monitor i see that the mouse pointer is trapped in the left upper side of my monitor screen. Only starting the Task Manager helps to free the mouse and i can kill the AMS2 process
    Steps to reproduce: i dont know

    Report: in qualifying, it is not possible to choose other rubber except soft for departure, it can be changed only when you put the medium one, drive out and return to the box after a pause also if you watch others, only soft is displayed for everyone during the race, even if they drive on a different, Accelerated rubber wear is also absent

    Known issue, that car cause a crash on the loading screen for all tracks. Will be fixed in next update.

    I would go as far and say this is an game breaking bug for offline use

    Track & Layout Used
    : seems to happen on any track
    Car Used: seems to happen with every car
    Applicable Settings: Testday - not raining - starting with a damp or wet track (so you try to "dry" the track by just drinving yourself)
    Report: While driving on a damp or wet track (without it raining so you get progression) when you enter the menu and watch your instant replay without going to the pits. After you get back to drive the track where you left the track will change. So watching you replay while on track will change your livetrack status.
    Steps to reproduce: The same as described in "Report". Load a testday with wet or damp track. Drive a few laps so you start to feel the change (or the track starts to dry because of sun or something). Watch your instant replay in the pause menu. Return to track and continue driving. Feel how the track has changed.

    I see the bug is already reported

    Some pitstop related bugs that ruined some recent races of mine. Not game breaking but felt very... janky.

    1 - Repair
    Track & Layout Used
    : Velo Cittá Stock Car, Montréal 1991, Velopark
    Car Used: Stock Car Brasil 2019, F-Hitech Gen2
    Applicable Settings: Full length races, damage on, fuel and tire consumption on.
    Report: Pitstop strategy is tires and fuel only. ICM shows no damage repair. Still, during pitstops, a full service is done, including mech which costs minutes.
    Steps to reproduce: Preparing a Race Strategy with explicitly no damage repair. It happened at least four times. "Workaround" that seems to work every time is opening the ICM during the session and cycling through the repair options back to "None" a couple times before the pitstop.

    2 - AI
    Track & Layout Used
    : Donington GP
    Car Used: Mercedes CLK LM
    Applicable Settings: Full length GT1 race (125 laps), fuel and tire consumption on
    Report: Switching to AI driver mid-race. First of all, the pitstop included a tire change, but the tires were still old and worn after the stop (even though the time was spent changing them). After that, the AI driver stopped the next lap for tires, and then every 10 or so laps he stopped again (unecessarily), ruining the race.
    Steps to reproduce: Switch to the AI driver mid race.

    And not reporting as a bug but:
    - That car flickering during stops is really janky. Wouldn't it be better to just have the car in place, no animations or nothing, just the progress bars?
    - The lollipop men all over the track are still a thing at least in the tracks I mentioned above.
