I've had a few weeks to consider this, and I've now made up my mind: I will gladly throw out pretty much all my previous wishes in favor of new locations that have good kart tracks. I've been fortunate enough to be able to test most of these in both KartSim Pro and Kart Racing Pro, and I now feel like I have a good sense of what kart tracks that are great to race at.

My new list of locations, all with their own kart track. New additions in bold:

1. Alahärmä Mika Salo Circuit – Figure 8 with lots of elevation changes and a huge banked corner, what's not to like? Fun fact: I live close to KNA Varna which is a kart track very similar to this, but without the crazy carousel and with no pedigree.
2. Atlanta Motorsports Park – Crazy steep hills for both the race track and kart track
3. Bahrain – Race track already is popular based on votes, and kart track feels like an F1 track
4. Karting Eupen – One of the world's best indoor kart tracks based on what I've seen, wide and with high corner variability, and a huuuge banked corner
5. Kartódromo do Faial – Average track, but awesome location in between the hills of Madeira
   
6. Genk – While I don't like the chicanes, it's a well-known kart track with 2 votes already, and I could have chosen Buckmore Park instead but Genk is more versatile and better suited for multiplayer races width-wise
7. Mont Tremblant – Mini-Nürburgring race track plus a kart track that is raced in both directions
8. Orlando Kart Center – Has a great flow and can be run in both directions, and wide track with plenty of long braking zones allows for easy passing
9. Phillip Island – In addition to the race track being a popular request, the kart track is unique in the sense that it has the exact same layout (and even some of the elevation changes) as the race track, while remaining fun to race in karts
10. Karting Zuera – Wide enough to allow for multiple lines and easy passing, has a good variety of different corner types, and is almost as famous as Genk when it comes to kart championships but without Genk's irritating chicanes

@Pai – here is a list of removals from my previous list, should make it easier for you to update:
Clermont Ferrand
Portimao (kart track is disappointingly bad compared to the race track – flat and with uninteresting flow)
Mid Ohio
Ozarks International Raceway
Potrero de los Funes
Surfers Paradise
Thruxton (kart track is very small and narrow, would be difficult to race in multiplayer)
Zandvoort (yeah, sucks to remove it, but no kart track means bye-bye from my list)
