    With an average speed of 100km/h, it will "only" require 3000 hours, so 1000 days / 3 years racing "just" three hours per day :). I have done this already, but in another sim :)

    Yeah, alright, but 3000 hours gonna be difficult when AMS 2 is coming in March, hehe. Anyway. I tried to do some achievements but they won't pop up. Gonna try another tomorrow. If it won't popup too I just SAM it and do some Caterhamer races etc till AMS 2.

    Just have sore muscles now. Caterham + Donington = life.

    Edit 9 November: Got some lovely achievements. The Flying laps don't work, so I samm'ed them. Gonna work on the others tonite or tomorrow. Race day ftw!

    Hmm. I think those 4 MP achievements can be deleted. I cannot SAM them cause they are protected. Nobody is online anyway, or the ping is way too high.

    ''Stealing it'' wasn't working, either. Well. If lots of achievements aren't working then.

    1. Resolve them
    2. Remove them
    3. Delete all the achievements
    4. Delete MP achievements.

    Beter done good, than finished broken.

    But anyway I've a blast with the SEQ Caterham. Need to dig some pattern-shifter and a round wheel from somewhere. SHH or Fanatec. Oof. Good times. Can't for AMS2 Caterhams and F-Trucks.

    Edit: I was also lately thinking bout instead of winning there should be completing it. Ofcourse everyone wants to win, but it's about the experience, the journey, the battles. I rather race midpack at 105% strength than racing on 95% and winning it all.

    Ah man, Tonite I was doing a 100% run in the normal Seq Caterham. After some nice battles, etc I was 20 seconds ahead of number 2. So after the race I tuned in 120%, also great for ''Alien Form.'' However, I was greatly outpaced by a 120% AI. Wowa.. Like they got some 50+ horsepower more.

    How does the AI work above 100% strenght?

    It's disappointing that glitched achievements never got fixed.
    I go "Vrooom" but I've heard of many people who never got it to work, "Ah the 60s" doesn't work (stuck at 297/300 even though I've passed 300km/h many times, everyone I know who somehow managed to get both speed achievements had to use a mod track to do so), "Drive everything" doesn't work (stuck at 29/30 even though I've driven every car class in the game, game crashes every time I complete a drift lap), and I've heard from other people having trouble with other achievements as well.

    Just SAM them and hopefully Reiza will unlock the 4 MP achievements, because they're locked. There's no need for achievements, tho. But I appreciate rF 2's neutral achievements.

    It's a great idea ;)why you don't pick this up again for Ams 2? It adds more content to the game. Steam badges would be a nice addition too

    Dear Reiza,

    Can you unlock the MP achievements? So I will just SAM the AMS 1 achievements. There's no need for AMS 1 now we have AMS 2. Well for nostalgia, but MP is dead in AMS 1...

    Will there ever be an update regarding these impossible to unlock MP achievements? I would really love it if a resolution for them could be found, as they are the final four I need for 100%.

    @Nikolaai I am still hoping, but I think the chance is really small. I will ask my colleague about it later next week. I want them too!

    Thank you for the fast reply! I really appreciate your willingness to ask about it, despite it being such a small issue in an old game, but its something, as a completionist, I really care about. :)

    Hello,
    Another week, another reply :p, I'm still hoping for a resolution for this. I know as the game developer Reiza can add, edit and remove achievements through steamworks and the steamworks SDK, it just takes someone willing to do it. I hope that there is someone at Reiza who is. I know it may seem silly to some, but I'd really like this fixed. :)

    No need to bump the topic ;) I've asked but wasn't possible for my colleague to do so. However, the team is aware of it, but needs time to do so, so the status quo of AMS1 remains as it is now.

    Only what I could think of is to host a MP-party to get the achievements. The last achievement was winning 50 times, so if you do it with 2 people, you need 100 wins, so both get to 50. Maybe one resigning works, so you can spam resign to get the achievements quickly. Oh and beta the same if you've the beta as well... Oh and I think you need to have a tad more people too. So gonna take a long long long time to get those achievements if you want to do it manually.

    Ps. I now noticed you min. needs 5 or 10 people. So gonna be a huge pain in the butt to obtain them manually

    I know the MP-achievements are protected on Steam too, so SAM-ing isn't possible either.

    Thanks for the update :cool:, and sorry that I'm so buggy :D. However that is the whole issue though, my friends and myself have tried to unlock them manually multiple times already, but no matter what we try, where we try it, or who hosts a MP party, they just will not unlock, hence in the first message I posted here, I called them impossible. Much like what FS7 is saying about the pole position achievements, they just wont work. And like you said, Reiza chose to protect those achievements through Steamworks SDK before the game release for some reason, so I have no other avenue of hope or help to fix this.
