I remember that this issue was resolved some time ago but now it seems to be back: a part of the Corvette C3 RC and RCC template is mirroring the texture.

Hello! As always thank you for all you guys do. I just noticed the Nissan R390 GT1 doesn't have it's ld variant set up for a custom livery. I think that might explain why there hasn't been any created/published on channel like Race Dept for that car so far.

Is there a chance in the future that it's ld version be available to get a custom livery? Similar to how the Porsche 962C got it's own _dist.xml doc for it's ld liveries.

And as a bonus/I really want this, could the McLaren GT1 get custom rims/wheels in the future too, thank you!

I'm working on something a bit more in depth than this one I'm close to done, it's a compilation with significant upgrades of the best custom liveries out there, including for the first time high quality new Reiza style previews. As well as what I consider an excellent custom AI file to maximize immersion and competitiveness.

This is why I'd love the Nissan to get it's needed low downforce variant treatment if possible, as well as the colored rims for the McLaren

Spectacular work! It's almost time to enjoy the GT1s as they deserve. Next weekend at the Motmelo circuit, I'll be able to see some of them live, in the spirit of Montjuïc.

Already started work on a livery pack.
It will be similar to my Caterham Superlight and 620R packs, a "Variety Livery Pack" featuring liveries from Nascar, F1 and GT cars from various eras.

why should this be a bug?
Its simply a design descission.
There are many cars with "not paintable" parts

 

I'd like to accurately represent my clients cars in the sim. Our season starts next week and it would be great to unveil the liveries here instead of waiting on ACC to add them like last year.

Additionally, in my opinion, the Madness engine and AMS2 are one of the best synthetic environments for displaying concepts to clients. The lighting, camera controls, weather, available tracks and cars, along with the ease of use for editing and making revisions are second to none.

When you rest, which you deserve a lot, a suggestion could be from the group C, the Nissan R89 C that the community has abandoned, or the original silver Sauber to put on custom-made gloves. Thank you very much for your dedication.

 

Obviously I truly respect and appreciate the work of all skin creators out there but I must say I love it when they go the extra mile to create Reiza style previews. Just sit so much cheaper better in the game.

 

Unfortunately i have no way of doing Reiza-style. Until they release official tools to make it look like that i am doing just my own way.
