    @Dmytro Yaroshenko Can you turn off Steam Input in controller and see if that fixes it? Right click on AMS2. Controller and then turn Steam Input off.

    Hello, could someone help me? I have a Neo GT and a HUD x Neo (simagic). Both wheels are configured and the keys are correctly assigned, saved on a different profile. When I change wheels, in the command menu I choose the configured profile of the wheel, in the game, no key assignment works but they are clearly visible in the assignment menu, I have to reconfigure them each time. Any solution?

    Hi, I have a Thrustmaster t818 that works fine with all sims but ams 2. It clips and disconnects at times even though I run the ffb at gentle strengths to avoid the problem. I've tested this with other sims and I can max the ffb to make it almost impossible to turn where in ams bandanas, bumps or the wheel freeturning after a crash sends the base into a hard reset, the light goes pink and I can control the car for a few seconds. I have reinstalled the drivers and firmware repeatedly and now works fine with acc, ac and rf2, even on pc2 based on the same engine but I can't play ams 2. Anyone had similar issues? Can anyone help? I love ams' content and current state of developement but it's frustrating to have this problem at every race. Cheers!

    I have also sent the base to thrustmaster 'cause it failed with all sims at first and it was checked and verifyed bt them. Since then only ams sends the wheel into a crash

    Solved. I am assuming there is a flaw in the design. With strong bumps the usb cable in the back of the base gets loose and forces restart. I tucked it in and taped it and now I can dial up the ffb as much as I want. I guess there is something in the vertical effects in AMS2 that made it more sensible to that than other sims, wether that is good or bad I don't know.

    Subject: Reporting Persistent Online Freezes After Recent Update

    Dear Reiza Studios Team,

    Our community, ProjectGT, regularly hosts championships in Automobilista 2, with 20-30 drivers participating per server. At any given time, we may run 3-4 concurrent championships in a single month.

    However, since the latest update, many of our drivers have been experiencing frequent freezes during online races. So far, we’ve been unable to identify any clear pattern or root cause for these issues. Notably, this problem did not occur prior to the update.

    We kindly ask you to investigate this matter and let us know if you’re aware of any potential solutions or underlying causes. Our community is eager to assist with testing or providing additional details if needed.

    Thank you for your attention and continued support.

    Best regards,
    ProjectGT Community

    @DmitryWSI

    Hi there,

    If your participants are experiencing freezing during online gameplay, please make sure that UDP is set to inactive and that the in-game rating system is turned off. These features in tandem can cause stuttering or instability during online sessions. After making these adjustments, have them restart the game and check if the situation improves.

    Let us know if it helps!

    Great news! You could ask your participants to set 'Pitcrew detail' to 'Player only' or 'none'. For some users 'Full' can cause stuttering when entering the pits or whenever someone else is entering the pits. @DmitryWSI
