I have a similar request. Could we separate the damage for races and free practice?

When you're training, you always have to leave the pits after a damage incident, and you lose your flow. That's why I turn the damage off there. But it's annoying to keep turning it on and off. And sometimes (not infrequently) you forget. It would be great if you could set this once.

 

I was at Snetterton for British GT at the weekend - it was insanely fun and the reason I got to enjoy was because my interest in motorsport has grown because of AMS2!

Anyway, it had:
Ginetta G40s,
GB4 (basically Formula Inter)
GT3s,
GT4s,
and Ginetta G55s - all of which we can replicate in AMS2!

But... the G40s were the 'G40 Evo' - the news ones with the covered headlights.

I have a great feature request idea, namely Group 5. These vehicles are just so awesome. The blades are just so incredible.The turbo power of this car is so much fun. I bet many others here have a lot of fun with it, too, especially with your fantastic sound design.

In the beta q and a. I made a video on all info given in it and I have a discord server with all info

 

A setting to enable auto-saving replays when the session ends, with additional sub-setting to save multiplayer race sessions only.

It'll help league users to provide evidence post race when they may forget to save after the heat of the battle.
The replay files can be manually managed to clear the space if needed.

 

1) Allow much longer names for setups

2) Have a note section for a setup (that is saved with it of course)

I know I've mentioned the replay system before for VR
another thing thats caused irritation is the sometimes very short time one has to actually press the "save replay" button, why can't ams2 save replays along with the hotlap automatically then the user can delete as they choose

 

Hello Reiza Team,please, can you expand number of ayouts of Granja Viana Karting track?
For example layouts like these:

 

Ability to use 24h layout at Spa. For the pits.

 

Brake and throttle graph telemetry in hud like iracing would be great. Having external overlays in VR with Quest 3 is quite painful.

 

Windscreen tearoff mechanic that allows you to set the number of tearoffs you can use during a race. Could also apply to helmet visor tearoffs in open cockpit cars as well.

Also: LMP1 Audi R18 if possible since Reiza has an Audi license as far as I know.

 

If we want this, then I would also like for the Nurburgring to allow me to use the joker pitlane entrance when using the 24hr layout so that I don't have to do a full lap of the nordschliefe after getting a puncture on the grand prix section

 

I wish to see the 2024 spec version of Monza and Red Bull Ring!

 

Is there any 3rd party software or any possibility to name the replays, and name the things in the "my account" folder inside the documents in any meaningful way?

Like inside the doc folder of AMS2 the names are still original so the game works, but I want to be able to backup files and restore them later, and when I have them backed up I would like to have some for of knowing what is inside? Is anything like this remotely possible?

 

Option to map "Reset FFB" button so you can do it in the middle of the race if necessary.

 

I'm pretty sure we're gonna have both Audi and Porsche LMP1 at some point. There's already a pre-LMDh "Euro Enduro" preset on game. Maybe we'll also have the Toyota (PCARS 2 had all three cars).

Request Title: Add both a V10 and a V8 cars to "Formula V12" class and rename it to "Formula Classic gen. 5" .

Description: "Formula V12" is probably the most under represented class in all of the classic F1 classes. If I'm not mistaken, the intention is to represent the 1995 era.
Of all 13 teams competing that year, only Ferrari had V12 engines. Six teams used V10 engines (Benetton, Tyrrell, Williams, McLaren, Jordan, Ligier) and the rest V8 engines (Footwork, Simtek, Lotus, Forti, Minardi, Sauber).
So, the ideal would be to rename the current class to "Formula Classic Gen. 5" (or something like that), decrease the number of liveries from the current V12 to just 2 (representing Ferrari) and add 2 more car models, with V8 and V10 engines, each containing 12 livery options.

Benefits: Automobilista 2 is renowned for its historical authenticity. While it doesn't have all the official licenses, the generic cars are excellent representations of the official cars.
Certainly, the category that represents the end of the golden age and the beginning of modern Formula 1 deserves the same care and attention as all the other categories already present and well-represented in the game.
