Been away awhile cause of being sick. Came back thinking with all the updates reiza must have done some adjustments to the balance of power in the cars especially in the gt3 gen2 class.
    Nope.
In time trials from brands to Daytona road course its Porsche even more than when I left.. Its so far from reality.
I go online mp, still the same. Disappointed. Sorry

Don't confuse time trial WR times with actual BOP. On crazy settings some cars will always have advantages when you can drive them better with bascially none aero left and stuff like that.

For actual racing I honestly don't see issues with the BOP. Of course each car has different characteristics that will have benefits on certain tracks, just how it is in real life. But on some tracks like Spielberg or Monza I actually spend some hours to try out every single GT3G2 and ended up having best laps within a 0.5 difference

I feel like it probably needs a bit of work still. I race them against AI relatively often, and I usually get a Porsche dominated top 10, with the McLarens being lucky to get into the top 15. I like that it varies quite a bit from track to track, but those two cars are constant, and the BMW being significantly slower than the Lambo and the Audi is also constant. At least in the hands of the AI, I don't compare laptimes too often.

    Hi,

    Thanks for both your reply.

As far as TT times I guess it depends on what kind of racing you do. Me, I do almost all my racing online mp but they at basicly sprints . 15 -25 mins max. In this kinda of races the TT setups and leading cars absolutely do apply. In this case look at the first pages on the leaderboards its usually all Porsche or just dominated by..

Thing is, I go back to when the porches first were introduced, and it wasn't like this.. The merc was viable on some tracks. Yes the Porsche was easy to go fast, but it didn't dominate like since some update I don't quite remember when.Back then the McLaren was the alpha dog, but suffered from overheating of tires.

I watch the Racer network and there are many gt3 races going on. And I realize they bop witithin the races.themselves, and which sanctioning bodies there racing under. but you don't see porches walk-in away from everybody. It could be a merc, it could be vetttes.... Mustangs, bmers. But not here. Talk to a real fast ams2 driver, and if there honest, they'll tell you, fthe verttes too slow and the porches are too fast.

The gen 1 is a little tighter and not so blatant, at least in mp sprint races.

Just my 2 cents. I'd hate to have to wait for PMR or some other title to see tighter competition online with the gt3s. But with my health problems, I may not have a lot of time:)
    Thx for reading.
