Hoping so hard that the AJR and MR18 compete well against the Oreca and Norma. Could really make for some sweet IMSA like multiclass races at Sebring, Road Atlanta, Road America, Watkins Glen, Daytona, Leguna Seca, etc

Only the Reiza cars will be finished from the get go while S397 cars will still be in early beta, lol

I think the GT3s, GTEs, Norma, and Oreca are very well done in rf2, which is the content I enjoy driving.

Yes, those cars are finished , just need some TC lights in cockpit for better immersion.
My vr headset is coming in a month, can't wait to test these awesome contents in rF2.

Hope Reiza get the cars done using all rF2 can do so maybe that will make the car team in S397 feel ashamed for getting some basic stuff very wrong and then they update their own stuff.
While the physics in the DLC are great the art part is poor, very poor. Outsourcing car production is only useful if the group doing it is good and remain the same all time...

RF2 front wheel drive cars would be shown up as very poor compared to AMS

Can we do some bets? Will we get a prize if we get it right? :p
I start... considering the timing and some things said in a past road map from Reiza about "a new option" for engine I'll say AMS 2 is rF2 base with Lumberyard engine like Top Gear (dont know why it looks that way in TG, that graphic engine is capable of good graphics, I guess it was their art choice). I imagine this combo is now S397 option of licensing.
My 2 cents :D Anyone else?

Was thinking the same some time ago...rF2 physics and lumberyard engine would be interesting... (Lumberyard is an evolution of cryengine)
But why spending time learning how to work on rF2 if you are going to use another engine?

Because someone already paid for the engine to be ported (TG)?

Now that the RF2 connection is closer, can we learn what the final AMS DLC is?

I am interested about AMS 2 for sure but the final DLC for AMS must be ready to be announced? I know their was a hint it was McLaren.... if so, what cars?

@Renato Simioni is there a rough estimate when the DLC will be available?

There are always two sides to these things. I enjoy reading about updates behind the scenes and the addition of PBR shaders to the pack, but at some point you gotta release things as well. S397 produced 15 DLC cars over the last year or so whereas Reiza did a couple. Needless to say, some of the latest S397 cars felt a bit rushed, but at the same time S397 have "stayed in the game", whereas I sometimes wonder if Reiza will actually deliver. Well, I hope I'm wrong and we get this pack before the summer.

There is no excuse for the poor job being done in rF2 DLC. All cars are rushed, none of them were released without issues or things not set correctly (like cockpit lcds/leds). Heck... refuel flow in the GT3 is not adjusted yet (dont know about GTE, didnt check) and the first pack was released more than a year ago, ridiculous. If cant be released right at least fix it after release but they arent doing that.
And the Aston 3d model... no comment.
I hope the guys they hired for content creation will have as first mission to put all cars in equal level of quality.

    NO!

Can someone post information I can see without letting Faceberg spy on me?
