Has the game engine been decided for the next game?

    Reiza owns the RFE plugin code so they could implement their rain phisycs code...
    Working togheter on the same graphic engine would speed up development of it and be of mutual help...I remember Simioni once hinted the new engine will be the same as actual for track modding but way more difficult (if not impossible) for car modding...no idea if something changed since then...
    @Renato Simioni please tell us at least which engine are you guys going to use!!
    Don't worry if that would leave us on despair or incredible happiness, just save us from limbo!!

    Not there yet for the announcement.. The engine was decided a few months ago.

    Really I don't care to know the name of it right now, I can (somehow) wait but there is something bothering me about the "new engine" I need to know...will it "support" modding?
    I know part of the deal while licensing ISI engine was to develop a sim and not a "modding platform" as rFactor was....but we also know how mod tracks and cars are part of AMS even if not officially supported...
    You switched for a better graphical engine only or moved from ISI engine too?
    What will change for modders?

    For real. This is the REIZA 51 Beta Forum! A highly classified remote detachment of the general Reiza Studios Forum, within the reizastudios.com webpage.

    The base's current primary purpose is publicly unknown; however, based on historical evidence, it most likely supports the development and testing of experimental and advanced racing simulation systems (black projects).

    Surely us in the unknown could learn of the game engine of choice. LOL :cool:

    No mods no £
    No VR no laser scanned bucks
    Or was something like that :)

    I’m so excited that there’s work on the next game. I’m hoping for more gt cars and some dx11 graphics. Otherwise I’m sure it’ll be great

    No one said there is work being done on the new title already...We have no idea what they are up to really, what their plans or roadmap is. Until an official announcement is released, we can but speculate.
