Beta Keys

Yeah I'm looking for a beta key I backed this. made payment $99.99. It says I'm in but no e-mail with key suggests otherwise hopefully this can be resolved soon. Sent various messages and e-mails all with my PayPal transaction Id. Seems alot of people have the same issue.

Strange, when I go to the Buy link, I get the message that I'm not allowed to view that page ? I'm logged in with my account.

 

yes im trying to buy as well, im not authorised, it was supposed to be back up, but still no luck, whats going on reiza??????

@blakboks, you, like some others above, have to link your Steam account to the forum. Unfortunately the place where you do this here is down at the moment. It should be back up tomorrow around 17:00 GMT.

I'll give you more information once it's back up.

Thanks Heitor. Will check tomorrow. I think it would help tremendously if all this info was communicated to the backers in an email.

 

was really looking forward to purchasing the beta, i understand its not available till 5pm gmt 5th of march but with all the people on the forums saying where is my beta key, and having to send messages on the forums asking for the key, would it be better once purchased it automatically sends you the key, as people are saying that after the purchase it says you will recieve the key shortly in an email , but people are not, that is where i am worried about doing this.

But why you cant simple send a email to all Indiegogo supporters?
If I hadn't looked here, possibly I would never have received a key? There are many other supporters who will probably never get a key because they are not got an email.
