The Steam Store clearly identifies the dlc season pass as a 2020-2021 season pass

With the 6 month delay in the rF2 dlc and the 2 year delay in the release of the final element of the AMS1 dlc pack, not to mention delays in the release of AMS2, I am a little concerned at the 2020-2021 timespan for the AMS2 season pass.

Reiza have always been an honourable company but can we have assurance that delays to dlc which result in it being released after 2021 will not affect season pass holders. Also the description of the contents of the dlc typically uses the words "at least - e.g "At least three more Track DLCs" and "at least three Expansion Packs" . Now if there was only one season pass then we could rest assured that if there is more, we will get it, delays or otherwise. But the implication of a 2020-2021 season pass is that there might be a 2022-23 season pass. And if so then extra dlc might be moved to this later season pass.

Could you clarify if there will be further season passes? Although the description 2020-2021 is a big hint there will be, people tend to assume as season pass (especially a $100 seaon pass) is for ALL dlc, so if it doesn't include all dlc I think its best to be open and honest up front and make this very clear.

This is a direct quote from the Season Pass store page on Steam:
So despite the delays you're still going to get the same content because the pass is content-based, not time-based.

They're already being honest up-front by clearly stating what the current season pass will contain. If people want to ignore the information that is right in front of them and expect more, that's their problem. There's a reason it's called a season pass and not a lifetime pass, and having multiple seasons in gaming is already pretty standard practice.

It's what you buy to get discounted access to a number of future DLCs. You can find it on Steam.

Interesting. It used to say At least 5 track packs and at least 3 expansion packs.

Id imagine the first 2 years of DLC will start after v1.0 of the game is released , whether or not Reiza are fast at releasing DLC would determine how many DLC packs we get after the confirmed packs ;)
I remember it reading "at least" 2 years of DLC! but cant find it anywhere , all posts from the time have been edited .
