Not sure where to give feedback exactly but I was just running P3 and V8 Supercars. When TCS is on it prevents the car from accelerating. As soon as you disable acceleration is normal.
    Fanatec DD wheel.

They say it will be fixed in the next (Beta5) update.

I had electronics set to authentic and the setup slider set to it's min (1%) however for the formula v10 it was cutting hard. I am not sure why 0% TC could not be set in the car setup UI because it can be set for ABS. I had to turn off electronics in the game play settings for this to work correctly.

Authentic should open or close electronics depending on real life. V8 Supercars should not have ABS/TC which I am sure you are aware of..

It’s a bit confusing but the tc percentage indicates the tire slip allowed before tc kicks in.
So 100% means no tc at all.
To make it even more confusing abs works the other way around.

Thank you for the info.. Yeah that is confusing however makes sense why 1% TC was like running on two cylinders.. :D Hopefully the devs at Reiza give the electronics an overhaul..

Personally I would like to see realistic increments such as 1-10 which is mapable to the wheel/multiswitch or button box.
