I ve seen that if i join a mp session the edit setup menu is greyed out (so i cant change anything in car). Is this normal? Or is a feature that is not yet implemented?

i suggest to create yourself an online session and check what you can set.
    Server settings override local settings.

Well it is upon the owner of the session as i see. But for me - this is wrong.

Edit setup screen should be always on (i mean you should always make changes to the car if needed or wanted)

Not if you want a fixed setup race. It’s a feature.

What do y mean by a "fixed setup"? You mean default setup (with default values)?

Don't you think that "at least" steering lock value should be on (changable)?
